Q: What size is a medium?

Based upon MY experience, I'd order at least one size smaller than normal. I see a lot of reviews that say the fit was perfect, but the shirts I received were WAAAAAY too big & I'm hesitant to reorder in a smaller size because it seems to be hit & miss with regard to size.
