So delicious. The only thing is that I do t think it has 15 servings, but it’s delicious like coffee and elevates my mood and helps me be motivated.

I can't attest to the health benefits. Even if there were any, it'd be a long term nutritional one. The powder's flavor has a woodsy and smoky flavor to it. The recommended serving is a little heavy on the woodsy earthen taste to it, so you end up taking it like medicine. But if you taste it like one of those mushroom herbal soups, you'd probably be able to enjoy it more. Which is what I do with it. And it's nice. I'm sure there's a lot more that can be done with it as a flavoring, like most of these mushrooms are normally used. The idea that it is healthy and beneficial is nice too. I can't say it has a very visible impact like some other supplements do. Years of a diet that is already heavy on steamed and boiled mushrooms of similar types kind of defeats the purpose. I've felt reasonably good on a diet like that, but it's a diet that was light and mostly healthy in theory anyways. And I was not more immune to illness nor were my allergies (which were very serious) any better for it. I am told I look younger than normal, but I'd attribute that more to genetics than being nutritional in nature. I like the concept of mushroom powder if it weren't so expensive. The flavor of the powder is nice. Definitely has some culinary uses. That it is in alternative medicine supposedly very healthy with some scientific backing is nice, but life experience hasn't shown it to have those benefits. I've had supplements that work far better with more obvious immediate results. But I love me some herbal mushroom soup, and this does it. Like powdered milk or soup base. I sincerely think it's a waste to treat it like some kind of medicinal supplement that taste like ass. Given how delicious some of these mushrooms can be in the right dishes. But that they can powder the flavor of reishi, cordyceps, and shiitake is great. I'd still prefer to have the real texture of cordyceps, but this is fine. Also good that they can guarantee the reduction or elimination of heavy metals that is a problem with mushrooms in general.

I do this with the Laird Superfood Mushroom creamer. I haven't lost weight but I have lost inches. I also don't crash around 3pm anymore. And it tastes good!

First time trying mushroom coffee. It reminded me of the old instant coffee my parents bought back in the day. It tasted like my usual coffee with a slight woody flavor. It felt potent like my regular morning blend. I purchased as a tester so it was basically free. I would purchase again on my own. Used instead of my usual drip coffee. I used one heaping teaspoon the first day, 2nd day a little more. The color was consistent with regular coffee. It fulfilled my coffee fix without as much caffeine as a usual cup so it was effective. I plan to regularly alternate between this Freshcap Premium Mushroom Coffee for a couple weeks.. I used as a supplement to curb my appetite until dinner as Iced and for my afternoon pick me and didn't have trouble sleeping like I usually do with non-mushroom coffee.

I can’t speak to the benefits at this time. I’m on day 1 of trying them. I have added them to my daily iced coffee and now I am drinking my daily iced matcha tea and I am pleased with how little they affect the taste. I tried ryze mushroom coffee and I didn’t like the taste at all. I tried ryze alone and in my coffee. Disgusting. I gifted my bag to my SIL. So it’s nice that this blend works with my already established routine. I was thinking that the cost was quite high for the amount but the scoop(recommend dose) is quite small. So this will last for enough time that I feel comfortable with the cost for now. I wish I knew how much of each mushroom was in a serving just for my OCD or need to know it all brain but I think that having a blend of the most relevant mushrooms beats the blends of too many mushrooms with uncertainty of mg per mushroom. I do hope to see or feel the benefits people talk about. I am a mom of a toddler boy and brain fog and fatigue is a real struggle. If weight loss occurs I won’t be mad haha. People mention seeing results with a cooler temper so that would be ideal as well. We are fairly healthy over here..so we don’t get sick too often. We take daily supplements and we are gluten and dye free. I hope after this initial purchase I can testify to results and continue to add this to my lifestyle.

I don't understand why every time I get this it's only filled a quarter of the way. You guys need to fill the container a bit more than a quarter of the way filled with this mushroom complex. It's so rude. I'm paying for the product inside. Not your new label, not the jar that it comes in. The product!!!! I enjoy the product. It does help with brain fog and mental clarity, and organized thoughts. I don't have any complaints about the actual powder. It's wonderful stuff. It's the fact that for the amount of money paying for it, we get a quarter of a jar full!
