Easy to sharpen knives often. Leaves them sharp.

Easy peasy
Old fashioned easy. Strop, strop, strop.... Sharp knife. The nice one we bought, nope. Semi dull and what am I doing wrong. Back to basics for me.

Sharpened one knife and then no more , so disappointed.

Junk don't buy it
Junk don't waste your money, poor quality and didnt sharpen my knives at all. I have used a similar in past and that's why I bought this, but this was thrown in the trash after trying it. I didn't even want a refund or replacement. Junk!

Schärft, aber mit Einschränkung
Stahlscheiben sind zu meiner Meinung nach wenig scharfkantig. der "schliff" wird beim durchziehen nicht ganz gleichmässig.
