Absolutely shocking results! Took stained dirty grout and restored to bright white, with little scrubbing. Grout brush easily removed the dirt. I don't love the smell, its like an artificial commercial antiseptic type smell. It was incredibly easy to use, just squirt on the grout, way a few minutes and then use your grout brush. We have a tile floor that was left with a lot of haze by the contractor. We've tried everything to remove it, but this actually took care of much of the haze as well. Easy to wipe away with a towel, then I washed with a vinegar and water solution. It was a bit sticky, so i did need to wash the floor afterward, but the price point is great for what this product did for us. I'm so happy with it.

Will change your grout lines from black to white. It is crazy. Lay this stuff down. Let it sit as long as possible. Rub with a thin brush and wipe with a towel! Might consider sealing after cleaning with this product.

The products lift grout dirt almost immediately. For best results spray the grout and let sit 3 minutes before scrubbing . The scrubbing is almost effortless with a special brush with a V point shape/with extended pole purchased on Amazon! I had asked my friend who manages commercial building what product was used by his professional staff to clean grout. I was surprised it was this product. Before hand I would be on my knees scrubbing grout that would take awhile to clean. You can do a whole kitchen in about 45 minutes. I recommend this product and rate it a 10 out of 10!

I picked this up after getting tired of looking at the grout in my bathroom—it had gotten pretty dark over time and nothing I tried really helped. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but this actually did a solid job.I applied it, let it sit for a few minutes, and then scrubbed with a brush. You can definitely see a difference after just one pass. It didn’t make everything look brand new, but it got way closer than anything else I’ve used.Fair warning, it’s pretty strong stuff. The smell is noticeable, so I’d crack a window or turn on a fan while using it. I also ended up using gloves just to be safe. That said, it works, so I can’t complain too much.You don’t need to use a ton either, so the bottle should last a while unless you’re doing a huge area.Overall, it’s one of those products that actually does what it says. If your grout is looking rough and you don’t want to replace it, this is definitely worth trying.

Amazing! Worked instantly and after a little scrub it got everything up! So happy with how well it worked. Took my grout from black back to tan. Just make sure to wear gloves and get a little grout brush or toothbrush to scrub the gunk out. Doesn’t smell great, so make sure you have the fan on or good ventilation.

I had tried pretty much everything out there to clean the grime from my grout lines in both the bathroom and kitchen. The grout is beige so the dirt is pretty noticeable. Nothing else had worked and I was starting to think I’d have to just throw a rug over it or something. But then I saw Zep had a grout cleaner and I gave it a go based on my experience with their other products which work great (especially the upholstery/rug stain cleaner). Happy I did because this actually worked. I poured it directly on the lines, left it for five minutes then rinsed and mopped the area.I had to apply it three times for it to work completely but the grime was probably ten years old at this point so I’m not surprised I had to do three applications. You’ll also need to let the area fully dry after you wipe it down before you notice the difference because the grout will still look dark due to it being wet. I’m very happy with this product.

Although this does an excellent job of removing dirt from grout, there are few drawbacks on ceramic floor tile.The item is hard to pour out without getting it on the tile too, and I noticed it stripped the clear finish off the tile where it touched. I didn’t notice it right away, but a few days later, I noticed where the zip set on the tile it was dull and then in the middle of the tile it was shiny. It’s very difficult to apply this without getting some of it on the tile. Like others say the smell is awful. You definitely have to use it when it’s a cool dry day and you can open windows to get rid of the smell. It is an acid so you should protect your skin with gloves and have long pants on. I didn’t wear a face mask, but I did have my windows open and put the exhaust fan on in the kitchen while using this. I’m not sure if I’ll continue to use it only because it took the satin finish off the floor tile so now it has a dull and a shiny ear look on my tile. I guess I could put it on all the tile now and make it all dull finish so it’s even but I’m not sure if I want to do that yet,. I recommend this item with caution. It did make my grout look like it probably was brand new, but wasn’t happy that it told the ceramic tile where it touched. I don’t see how you can apply this and just get it on the grout only. That being said it does what it says. It does definitely removes all the dirt from your grout.

This grout cleaner does a good job removing dirt and old stains. Its very easy to use if you follow the instructions closely. It really saves me a lot time scrubbing and the grout does look cleaner and brighter. The only thing i don’t really like is that the smell is so strong. So make sure wearing mask and open all the windows when you use it. Overall, im happy with the result for the price :)

When I read the glowing reviews I thought I’d give this a try. WOW!! It got my 20 year old bathroom tile grout clean. I mean CLEAN! It works quickly, too. I applied the product, waited 2 minutes, scrubbed a bit with a brush and wiped it up. The paper towel I used to wipe up the dirt was black. It got all the baked in dirt and grime out. Best product!!

I never ever ever write reviews. But I ordered this because people were posting before and after pics and I couldn’t believe it. It was expensive. More than I really wanted to pay but figured if it sucked id return it. BUT OH MY GOD!!!!Don’t judge the gross dirty grout, just bought the house. I used an old toothbrush to get in between the tiles easily. This was superrrrr easy to use. I did my entire kitchen (100sq ft roughly) with half a bottle, but you see in the bottom section of the first picture that my grout was dark grey. And apparently it’s off white.I am beyond satisfied!
