I really enjoy this product. The taste is light and not overpowering and the energy that goes along with it is great for me. Celsius and Red Bulls tend to give me too much energy and make me shaky, especially when coming down. This product allows me to be up and moving or focusing on tasks for hours, but without the come down and shakiness. I also have high blood pressure in this one doesn’t make my pulse race like some of the other energy drinks.I highly recommend it if red bull or similar drinks are too much for you!

The entire pack is an odd flavor to me. I use 1/4 packet to my bottled water. I don’t feel refreshed when I drink it, or even that my thirst is quenched. I wish they came in smaller packets to try. I might buy it again for hiking, IDK
