The zoom lens and manual focus enabled me to get very good results after initial setup with AgentDVR. ONVIF detection worked well. As noted by others, low light images are poor and have significant ghosting but it did what I needed. Daylight images are surprisingly crisp once the focus is adjusted. After 10 months of use, I noticed some image degradation and within 48 hours the camera failed completely. Used internally so no water ingress problems. Sadly, for my use case, I need the zoom lens and there don't seem to be suitable alternatives in the market.

1. Camera was out of focus upon receipt - Manually adjusted and corrected. 2. Could not alter the time - Camera constantly defaulted back to UTC+08:00. Selecting "Manual" greyed the time setting out and although it did show the correct time in the settings, it still displayed the incorrect time on the live image and recordings. 3. There was no live preview - I had to connect it to the NVR just to see an image. I could not set it up via a browser page and I tried Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Brave, all with the same result regardless of which stream was selected. Returned and refunded.

If I didn’t have some idea how to find the ip address which was not as said in the instructions I would never have configured this camera. I was pointed to a subscription viewing app which was not indicated in the description. Otherwise it’s a good camera.

Works as expected, tested with POE over a local network. I had issues with initial setup as it defaults to DHCP but once setup I used the IPC Batch Tool which you can get from hfwvision.com to change the IP address to a static one so that it persists through power loss/reboots. Highly recommend if your happy with basic TCP/IP networking. No sound with this model.

Doesn’t work

Broke down after 24 hours, when working was perfect, refund was prompt though!

I bought this for the need of RTSP and onvif which this camera advertised. I am using Frigate (w/ TPU) and this camera is compatible! My biggest concern was whether this camera would open up ports via the network to foreign countries but after a couple of hours tracing I find no odd network related things happening. + RTSP & onvif + Does not advertise itself online to a cloud + POE 48v || 12v 2,5a - default setting is cloud enabled - the mount is of NO standard - the mount screws are so small that they loosen up by the cable's strenght

Ich komm damit nicht zurecht Kamera wurde schnell geliefert aber das wars bis dato schon wieder. 1) der Link zum Benutzerhandbuch aus der Kurzanleitung geht ins Nirvana 2) bei der Android-App "Seetong" aus der Mini-Anleitung sowie auch bei der App "Watilon" ist ein registrieren unmöglich - man bekommt keinen Code zugeschickt 3) die POE-Funktion funktioniert ohne 12V Netzgerät nicht 4) eine Nachtsichtfunktion funktioniert auch nicht 5) eine Ansicht über verschiedene Webbrowser scheitert am Mime-Format Falls sich etwas zum Positiven ändert werde ich berichten sonst geht das Ding zurück Nachtrag: Die Qualität der Aufnahme ist sehr gut. Die Firma hat sich auch ausserordentlich bemüht. Hab aber die Cam aber zurückgeschickt. Auf 3 Punkte erweitert.

Pour installer dans un petit coin discret d'une pièce à surveiller en notre absence. A utiliser de préférence avec une alimentation POE 802.3af 48V/0.5A et un répéteur WiFi avec port ethernet genre TPLink TL-WA865RE,pour un câblage minimal. Superbe image ( pour son prix ) avec le logiciel XMEye_VMS. Bluffant avec un objectif 12 mm optique ou sténopé mais AVEC filtre IR

Me pueden apoyar con la aplicación de la cámara para poder ver lo grabado en la nube por favor

Caméra: super. Images parfaites. PoE très pratique. Objectif zoom formidable (évite d'acheter d'autres objectifs fixes). Pas étanche mais on peut surveiller l'extérieur à travers une fenêtre. Toute petite. Peut être montée sur un trépied. Bonne vision nocturne - sans LED I/R - en couleurs. Logiciel VMS: décevant. Plusieurs problèmes sous Windows 11 (programme de 2019). Ils sont en train de s'occuper d'une MAJ. En attendant une nouvelle version 64-bit (gratuite) s'appelle XMeye (chercher sur Internet). Peut utiliser n'importe quel browser HTML5 - mais avec moins de fonctionnalités. SAV/support technique: les meilleurs que j'ai jamais connus :-)
