Superb roast, will continue to purchase

When I received this last month, everything looked good as usual. The shipping box had no damage. But with each sleeve I open, the capsules have issues.the top of each capsule should be puffed up with no dents on the sides. There are 2-4 defective capsule in each sleeve of 10.I try to return through Amazon, but they say contact the company so I contact the company, and they say talk to Amazon. I’ve been buying these for three years and have never had any problems with the product.If Someone could help me with this, I would remove my “do not buy” review.
