Does it whiten you teeth?

With consistent use, it will clear food stains and teeth will gradually appear whiter. For additional whitening, I use the Crest whitening strips.

Can this pack be separated individually?

They are wrapped together. You can’t buy just 1 pack.

Does this whiten better than the Crest 3-D stain eraser?

Not sure as I have not used the Crest 3-D eraser, but it definitely whitens my teeth. I didn't like the taste at first, but I really like it now - keeps my mouth fresh much longer than my old toothpaste
