Fits perfectly on an 12 pound cat, she looks so sad all the time (poor baby) but it’s working. Not too thick, nice and soft and allows her freedom of movement without getting in the way. Heck she’s even making a pillow out of it. Would def recommend over a traditional cone.

Order. This. What a lifesaver! After trying the cone, donut, and recovery suit with no luck, I ordered this. It’s just as great as all the reviews say. My cat can eat, drink, sleep, use the bathroom, etc all with comfort while wearing this, and doesn’t seem to even mind it. She kicked it off once in a moment of frustration, but I tightened it up and she hasn’t even tried to get it off again. Easy to clean the surface also. Great purchase! Would fit nearly any cat and keeps grooming at a minimum. Plus, it’s adorable.

This is great! I just got my kitty spayed and the ecollar was really stressing her out, she was thrashing around trying to get it off and was just totally miserable so I thought I’d explore some other options. We tried those surgery cat suits and while she was less stressed than with the cone, and it is a good alternative, I could tell she was still really uncomfortable and wasn’t comfortable using the litter box in it so we had a little accident.The flower is great because it doesn’t go around her face and get in the way of her whiskers, she’s able to eat and drink with no problems, I haven’t had the problem of it getting wet but if it did it would be easy to clean. Since it’s squishy she’s still able to fit through smaller spaces with no problems and when she tries to get it off it just spins around. When she tries to get to her sutures it perfectly covers her tummy so she can’t access it, I will say she can still reach her back and front paws if that’s something to consider for your kitty but otherwise she’s gotten pretty used to having it on and tolerates it much more than other things I’ve tried. Plus it makes a great pillow for a nap!Overall I think it was 100% worth buying, it’s functional, cute, and comfortable.

The pumpkin is adorable, and I guess because it's soft, our feline doesn't seem to care that it's on her. She was biting her left paw, and the starting biting her right paw, and I had had enough of trying to fight with her applying bandages which she cleverly always took off. This works quite well, and it prevents her from getting to those front paws and they are healing nicely and with this, I can secure her to apply drops in her mouth with no problem. It's not as waterproof as there are stains on hers. For now, I spray a highly acidic water on it for sterilization and sanitation. But may have to order another one, when this one is in the wash. It is super soft and she seems to love to sleep with it. It seems she is so comfy as her little head rests on the soft cushions. She says, 5 PAW rating, I say 4.5 star - cos of the not total waterproofness. But It works great and I achieved what I wanted to do. She sleeps curled up, and it's like her pillow. it's so cute to see that. No pics sleeping -unfortunately. XS size for her. Easy to secure, cozy fluffly-ness /perfect sizing. Recommend for small dogs as well.

This collar works so well for our cat who just had surgery. He is a large 15 lb elderly cat and it is comfortable for him. It is soft and full is almost like a pillow. It keeps him from messing with his stitches and is comfortable to sleep in and he can eat and drink with it. It fits him very well and the size is just right. I don't know that it is waterproof exactly but it is water resistant. I considered this a good value for the money.

Our 10 lb cat had kidney stone surgery and was given a plastic cone for 10 days while his stitches healed. He was miserable and kept running into things, couldn’t sleep comfortably, or get to his food and in one day the cone was a filthy mess. We upgraded him to this collar in medium after researching one big enough for lower-body blocking. A built-in neck pillow he can sleep on, flexible enough that he can reach his food, and being able to rest and eat comfortably has to be so much better for recovery and he still can’t reach his lower abdomen stitches. The fabric wipes off well with a wet washcloth and we tied the cinching cord into a bow to tuck it out of his way. Our vet complimented us on the upgrade and our little guy will be cleared tomorrow after ten days. We’ll wash and keep this around in case we ever need one again. We bought this cone after our cat had four growths removed, including one especially large one on his side. I was really worried that he'd still be able to reach the incision, but he hasn't been able to at all.Another concern I had was that the cone would be too heavy or uncomfortable for him, but that hasn't been the case. It doesn't seem to bother him, he's able to get comfortable, and he even uses it as a pillow sometimes. He's also been able to eat and drink while wearing it. It has dunked into the water a few times while he drinks but the water doesn't really absorb into the fabric and dries quickly.He's had it on for a week now, and we haven't had any issues. He hasn't managed to get it off. Our cat is about 12-14lbs and we went with a size medium.I would definitely recommend this cone to anyone looking for something comfortable and effective!

Love these cones. All four kittens went to the vet to be fixed at the same time. 2 boys 2 girls. These cones were great. 1st time putting them on after surgery they jumped all over the place to get them off, next day not so much after that no problems. So much better than a hard cone. They could still play, eat and sleep. I suggest having their food bowl/plate off the ground to keep the cone from getting into the food. We used a box. They were just so cute, I almost did not want to take it off them. They could not lick their wounds (the cone did not prevent them from licking each other, but they did not). With a hard cone you can hear the scrapping the cone on everything, with this collar - so quiet. I will be keeping these for future issues. They were great

My cat was miserable after having castration surgery wearing the *cone of shame* that the vet supplied. He could not go anywhere, eat, kept bumping into walls, etc. I perused the items offered by Amazon, and ordered this collar. As soon as I received it and put it on him, not 3 minutes later, he was a changed cat. Now he could move, eat, act normally, but could not get at his stitches. It is light, easily wearable, he can get into small spaces, act like a normal kitten. Best thing, the drawstring to hold it around their neck is adjustable and keeps the cone / collar on. Honestly, I tried 2 other items before this one, and they did not work at all, but this one is fantastic. And to top it off, when his brother goes in for his operation, I can re-use it again. Highly recommend this product, it will make your cat or dog happy after their surgery and you don't want them getting at their stitches *down there*

This thing is a godsend! It's better than a plastic cone in every way. My baby seems sooo much more comfortable now. It's broad enough that she can't lick her body yet she can rest comfortably, she isn't bumping into things anymore, and it doesn't get dirty when she eats. It's way easier to cuddle her! Everyone should use one of these when their pet's recovering; I can't recommend it enough.I got the medium for my medium-sized cat, but the neck hole was too small so I returned it and got a large. The large fits great. It's pretty easy to slip on and off but seems really secure once it's on.

My cat was removing cone shape e collar so much time so I have to do something searched this e collar was so amazing and buyed it my cat is peacefully sleeping eating he liked so much if your refuse to wear any of e collar I suggest everyone this e collar very soft comfortable it's bit high in price but it's worth it.

This is 100x better than the cone the vet gave my cat after her surgery!! I was worried she would still be able to lick her behind, but the medium size covers it well! She is so comfy and barely seems to notice it. Only thing is she still tries to lick herself even though she can’t reach anything so she just ends up licking the material 😅
