What is the power level of this seasoning?

Has a high power level, it brightens up the flavors of all vegetables.

Unfortunately the label is misleading. it has msg like ingredients. disodium inosinate and sodium guanylate. find more info online?

While it may not have specifically MSG/eNumber 621, and possibly not even eNumbers 620-625, it does contain eNumber 627 - Disodium guanylate, sodium guanylate... which IS an "MSG BOOSTER". Would anyone qualify this as the prince of all seasonings?

Can this be used with napa cabbage? I'm afraid it would just burn it up and destroy it.

This is a seasoning. Not sure how it would "burn up" Napa cabbage. I've used it with bok choy and green cabbage before, among other things.
