These are super effective..use it on pillow while sleeping or use it while taking steam …helps to open blocked nose during cold !!

We used it in India and it worked really well for us. I'm glad that I found it on Amazon because it still helps me. And works like a charm every single time with a heavily congested nose. Just one capsule in hot water cover up with towel and keep breathing. I was able to sleep so well after that. No chemicals just pure steam and some kind of a menthol kind of substance.

Great product for when your baby is battling to breath put in steamer for best results.

I hoped this would be similar to capsules I used from India which were great to clear congestion, but these have a sort of chemically smell and make me feel worse after steaming with them. Would not recommend and I wish I could return them!

The item has no issues, but I felt the delivery process is slow. These kind of things are brought when we are not feeling well,,, if the item can be delivered within couple of days then it will be more useful
