Hi, i tried other shampoo caps but they don't clean hair well because of the conditioner in them. does this have much conditioner in it? tia

Not sure. I used this on my grandmother who had spent 3 weeks in hospital following a fall. It cleaned her hair well enough considering her hair had not been washed during the time she was there. (Could have used a second wash the day after but we only bought one cap to try). Her hair did have a 'set' feel to it once dried - a bit like when you first step out of the hairdressers

How do you heat it if you don't have acces to a microwave?

I'm sorry my mum used this in hospital. So she did not heat, but said it was fine cold. Just put towel round neck, as when first put on it will drip down face until you get it on and start to lather up. She found it so refreshing though while in hospital
