Q: Is this meant to be worn over a onesie or by itself?

Hi there, Thank you for contacting Happiest Baby! You can put your baby in a onesie and then put them in the swaddle using the bands to keep their arms down. Check your baby’s ears, if they are red and hot or your baby's neck is sweaty, then your baby is too warm. You also have the option to wear it by itself. Whichever option works best for your baby! While the SNOO sack is specially designed for the SNOO, Sleepea swaddles are for fast and easy swaddling outside of the SNOO. If you have additional questions, please let us know!
