Upon receiving the order, I discovered that there was no liquid in the orange plug, meaning the electrolysis cell was completely dry. On the third day of using the generator, it began to leak from a hole in the bottom. I don't recommend buying this product

This product is quality, durable, works to perfection and is a must have. I looked at all other Hydrogen Bottles on the Market and decided on this one because it has the Highest Hydrogen Content in the Water and the Quality of the product lasts. My dishwasher damaged one of the bottle seals and the supplier shipped me a replacement at no charge. There response to my messages was rapid and their customer service is the best i have experienced from any seller on Amazon. Can not recommend them highly enough. 10 OUT OF 10! Use this Product and this Supplier, you will not be disappointed. I have no affiliation at all with the supplier, but i will buy again from him. SIMPLY AWESOME!

Have had several other Hydrogen water units, but this is the best. Highest concentration. Had a slight problem with the tube. Customer service was extraordinary. Email back was very fast.When I didn’t reply back quickly, they phoned me. Representative was EXTREMELY helpful. Bought this unit to replace more expensive Hydrogen pills. Would very heartily recommend buying this product. If out of stock, go direct to Level Up Way.

Came in a sealed box but... There was water or some liquid in it when received. Although the manual says to leave a little water in it when not in use. Hope it was distilled water.

We initially purchased an entry level unit from another company. It latest a short period of time and was returned. Then we decided to Level Up. We could tell the difference from the first time we used it. We used it regularly for about six weeks and then we experience a problem. We were not sure if it was a malfunction or user error. We contacted Wil at NV-17 and a replacement unit was sent free of charge immediately no questions asked. Even included a bonus gift !! Now we are using our new unit frequently with no issues. Battery life between charges is very good. I will say as a word of caution that when you charge your unit do not press the on button and if you do this by accident press again to turn it off or unplug the cord. It believe this is because the voltage from the charge line is greater than what comes from the battery unit. Enjoy !! DaveW13
