I charged it but it won’t turn on and button flash red, How do I fix it?

There is a safety protection device at the bottom of the blender. If the bottle and motor are not tightened, to avoid injury, the machine will not work. Please tighten it and align the crescent shape to the dots.

Can this blender crush ice?

It is not a high-power juicer and cannot completely crush ice. If you stir for several times and keep shaking the bottle while stirring, it will break the ice, but it is not enough to achieve the effect of smoothies.

Does it come with a travel lid?

Yes, it does come with a travel lid.

Yes, the portable blender is easy to clean as it can be opened up and down, and you can open the bottom to clean it.

How long does it take to charge?

After receiving the machine, charge it for 3-5 hours first. Note that when charging normally, the light on the charger will light up like breathing. When fully charged, the indicator light is always on.
