I highly recommend this DHEA supplement from a trusted brand.
Tablets dissolve easily in the mouth and have almost no taste, which makes them very easy to take. The 25 mg dosage is ideal, allowing my spouse to take it three times per day as her doctor suggested. With consistent use, her hormone levels improved, confirmed by blood tests. We monitor DHEA-S every 4–8 weeks, which I strongly recommend when using DHEA. She started it based on advice from It Starts With the Egg due to severe DOR, and we are currently on our IVF journey using DHEA to support response to medications. Clean ingredients, no smell, gluten-free, non-GMO, great quality, and value for money overall.

These Are Not Capsules!!
My doctor recommended this brand and said she saw excellent results. So I'm giving it a try. I didn't know these were the dissolve under the tongue kind. They don't really dissolve so I ended up chewing them. Heads up, they taste awful but it's tolerable. Just rinse it down with a drink. Not sure if chewing messes up the effectiveness of the product but I'll see on my next blood test. It would've been nicer if there was a bigger, more prominent label that said DISSOLVING. Still it was a good price and I'll update my review after a few days.

Helpful Addition as Levels Decline With Age
This has been a very helpful addition to my supplement routine, similar to pregnenolone. I started taking it as part of supporting hormone balance, as levels naturally decline with age. So far, I’ve had a positive experience and feel like it’s been beneficial. The capsules are easy to take, and Life Extension is a brand I trust for quality. Overall, I’m happy with it and plan to continue using it.

One of the best!
I have used other brands of DHEA, but they are nothing like this, this is the best. The dissovable tablets work the best and like the 25 mg strength. Will definitely purchase again.

Does NOT dissolve easily and is not pleasant tasting.
I ended up chewing up this tablet because it was not dissolving readily. The taste was not pleasant. I hope it at least resolves some issues for me!
