This thing is AMAZING!! We have an inground pool - 10 feet at the deep end. That side always needed the sides scrubbed because of green algae. Like at least once a week. I've had this magical thing for a month now and we have put the pool brush away!! I am NOT kidding! I haven't had to brush my pool at all!! I have a chlorine floater that I put 2 in (used to put 3) and the chlorine thing at the pump that I also do that with. My pool is clear, clean and amazing! I've already cleaned the copper off once, but with the brush - super easy to do! I've already recommended it to other pool owning friends!! I love this thing!

Lousy packaging and inferior assembly.The box that the ionizer was in was severely damaged but the box it was shipped in was perfect! How does that happen? The solar panel on the ionizer was broken loose from the float and the way the solar panel was attached there’s no way that the ionizer would not fill up with water! Due to time constraints I am going to re-glue the solar panel in place myself knowing that my repair will be better than the original assembly. I have used a solar ionizer in the past with great results so I hope that my repair to this inferior assembly job will remedy the problem so that I won’t have to return it but should there be any problems I will return it for a full refund!I would have submitted a picture but I refuse to allow any outside entity access to my phone! Spring corroded into 2 in less then a month. at this rate I will need to replace this spring every month, where can u buy it? this spring should be stainless.

I've had it about 6 weeks and the first time I cleaned it I noticed it had a good amount of water in the upper housing. Since then it has been sinking lower and lower and when I got home from work today half of the upper part was submerged putting the solar panel mostly under water. Very disappointed. The whole reason I cleaned it after a few weeks was so that I could still return it but now it's too late and I have an expensive disposable pool floaty that doesn't do what is supposed to not does it even float well.

I was actually impressed. These little gadgets work no more algae in my in-ground pool. Just ordered another set of rods and another housing so I will have two. You won’t be disappointed in my opinion but they worked for me.
