Those pictures are taken two seconds apart and demonstrate how well these lights light up the inside of my garage. The before, and after our just outstanding. They were easy to wire and very well packed. I appreciated the fact that I could remove the metal cover on the center of the Fixture and drill a pilot hole in each end so that I could attach it directly to the bottom of the garage rafter. You’ll need some upper arm strength to get this done. Alternatively, you can drill a pilot hole in three spots – – one on each end, and then one in the middle – – so that you can center the light up and mount it by yourself. Otherwise the unit does come with chains that work nicely as well, but I just wanted a fixed amount so I did it myself. It would’ve helped to have had a second set of hands to hold of the fixture while I mounted it. In any event, these lights are absolutely fantastic and very well-made. They are worth every penny, and I could not recommend them more. I have always dreaded going into a cold garage here in our Minnesota winters and waiting for the fluorescent tubes to come to life. No more fluorescence for me , these super bright LED warehouse lights are just the thing for my 22 x 24 garage space. The pictures tell the story. Five stars across-the-board. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

An amazing upgrade to the lighting in my garage. I ordered these lights as a replacement for old flourescence enclosures with phillips led bulbs. I contemplated a lot of lights because while I have high garage ceilings, they aren't warehouse type heights. Because I was replacing hanging fixtures, I opted to buy some utility power cords with ground and wire with wago levernuts . I opted to use some 1/2npt waterproof cable glands for passing the cord into the housing (excessive as there are plenty of other places water could get in... But they were cheap and protect the cord from sharp sheet metal in the housing. After everything is said and done, these lights mounted on my ~12ft ceilings provides an amazing amount of light... Like daylight but in my garage at night. My photos don't do them justice. I'm very very happy with this purchase and will update this review should anything change

I originally got 24 of these lights for my 50’x80’ shop that has 16’ walls. We had four rows (or bays) that have 6 lights per row end to end in each bay. But I ended up ordering another 6 and we added one more bay just to make sure that there’s PLENTY of light where my two-post car lift is. The lights are attached directly to the trusses so we didn’t use any of the included suspension chains and also that puts the lights at the 16’ high level. The lighting put off by these is fantastic. There’s no noise emitted and there’s no flickering. They do pull some amperage so each bay of 6 lights are on their own breaker but that’s not even a negative considering how awesome these lights are working. I would definitely buy them again and I recommend them!!!

I have 9 ft ceiling in my garage and I was aware that these lights were meant for 25-30ft ceilings. I wanted them to be very bright and clearly have achieved this. Sure if the ceilings were taller it may have a better spread for the light but I don't notice it that much I guess it more depends the lay out of you shops lighting. At first I wanted to be able to mount them directly to the ceiling but they do need air to flow behind them as I have read about this with other lighting companies, None are truly flush mount unless you make your own brackets. You can hang these lights with the chains and still get them pretty dang close to the ceiling if you wanted to. This order will make it a total of 6 of these lights I have installed, I will probably order another 2 pack after this one. Low ceilings and a hat is needed for sure with the glare as they are really bright but no other lighting was bright enough for me so this is why I went with high bay lights. If you plan to do any filming for YouTube these 250w or the 300W should work very well for you.

After reading all of the reviews and deciding on these lights, i am thoroughly impressed and satisfied. I have a 20x20 shop with 11’ ceilings and bought two of these lights. I teetered between the 2’ or 4’ lights and even weighing against the name brand lights and big box store lights. With that said i installed two of these lights in the shop and couldn’t be happier! The 5000k light color is awesome and my shop has never seen better lighting even in the daytime. We’ll see how long they hold up, as i just installed them, but so far, i don’t think you could buy better lights for the price. I can’t say enough about how awesome these lights are. Super easy to install and they provide all the hardware to hang them with chains or pendant style. I am now a believer of the Hykolity lights and just ordered more of these for the pole barn and their 70w led barn lights. Don’t hesitate to order these lights if you’re looking to replace your old fluorescent shop lights or if your wondering if they will be bright enough or be the right color. Some reviews say they are to bright but they are dimmable which just adds to the adaptability of these lights.

These are great lights....I have installed about 30 of these in the last year. My only complaint is that there is sometimes shipping damage. It was small, and I repaired it myself, but I feel packaging could be a bit better.

I purchased 4 of these lights for my 50x30 shop and each are mounted about 14.5 ft high. They give me plenty of light in the entire shop. All 4 of them are the 223 watt 4 foot mounted with the included chains. With 4 lights, for 1500 sq ft I was worried about it not being enough, but It ended up being just about perfect; not overkill, but enough light to do anything I need to do. Very easy, even for a very amateur electrician to install. You will need to get some form of metal electrical box connectors to act as a grommet where the power enters the light. They don’t come in a fancy box like you get a Lowe’s or Home Depot, but they deliver exactly what I expected.

So far so good, easy to install. Bright as all get out. I have 6 of them hanging in a 60x40 room with a 30 foot vault. Will be adding a dimmer they are so bright.
