This particular set are really good value, compared to others I’ve seen. I was a bit sceptical as to just how much better IO range was compared to normal Braun, but I’m a real convert. Brushes are excellent, they clean my teeth better than any other brush I’ve used. Long lasting (recommend changing every three months).

It feels effective for removing plaque and gives a thorough clean. However, the price is quite high for replacement heads, and it wears down faster than I expected with daily use. While the cleaning performance is good, it may not justify the frequent cost compared with other compatible heads. Overall, it’s effective but pricey, suitable for those who want the best clean, but not necessary for everyone.

Was absolutely sure we had ordered one pack of black and one of white, but received two black. Wanted different colours so we know which are his and hers. Nevertheless, these seems to give some oomph to cleaning and hope they help get rid of the dreaded plaque, time will tell no doubt or dentist will inform.

Feels So Clean – Really Effective Toothbrush Heads I’ve been using these for a few weeks, and they make a noticeable difference. The twisted and angled bristles reach all those tricky spots between teeth and along the gumline, leaving my mouth feeling really fresh and clean. Changing the heads is quick and easy, and the pack of four is great value, so I won’t have to worry about replacements for a while. Overall, these toothbrush heads give a thorough, comfortable clean every time. I’d definitely recommend them if you want your brushing routine to feel upgraded.

I installed a brand-new head on 10 September 2025. By 9 November 2025, my toothbrush displayed the “Replace Brush Head” message, and the bristles already looked worn. That’s barely two months of use, even though I brush gently and follow the recommended usage. For a premium product, I would expect it to last the full three months. That said, the cleaning performance is still excellent. The bristles reach around each tooth really well, and my teeth feel noticeably cleaner after every use. For the price, I would expect more durability. Still a solid product, just be aware you may need to replace the heads more frequently than advertised.
