I was a little scared I'd regret buying this since it's pretty pricey but having it in person wipes all the regrets I had! It's so smooth and beautifully constructed and oh I adore the Esmeralda and Quasi print on the back 🥹🩷

Loungefly never disappoints! This backpack was perfect for my convention day. Held all my necessities and matched my cosplay perfectly. The artwork is just beautiful as well.

Came delivered perfectly with not a mark on it, the stitching is strong and the bag can hold a good amount. Perfect gift!

I hate to give this bag one star as I’ve waited and saved to purchase it. Number 1 the top handle was not sewed properly. All loose threads which will rip completely off if I use the handle. Therefore I don’t. Also the on the back/ bottom of the bag where the picture is of the hunchback is, the paint rubs off. Wouldn’t purchase this specific bag again.

I bought this bag back in October of 2023 and it's now February 2024 so I've had it for a little over 3 months and it's starting to tear in the straps. I'm really disappointed because I loved this bag. I tried contacting someone about it and it sent me to an automated chat. I didn't want to give a bad review but I didn't know what else to do at this point. 🫤
