What size tamper should I use?

Both H26 and H30 are 51 mm baskets, so we recommend a flat tamper around 50.5–50.8 mm, slightly smaller than the basket.

Will this basket fit my espresso machine or portafilter?

This is a 51 mm non-pressurized basket, so please check that your portafilter size is 51 mm and compare the basket dimensions (top inside 51 mm, outer rim about 60 mm, height 26 or 30 mm) with the size information before purchase.

What should I check if the basket does not lock properly?

Do not force it; test the basket empty, check the portafilter spring, and compare the height and rim size with your stock basket, as bigger or deeper baskets may not be compatible with some machines.
