I have grown accustomed to the Youtheory brand of B12B6. However, they ran out of stock on the gummy version. The bottle casing looks so similar to the one for the gummy version that I accidentally ordered this capsule type thinking they had replenished the gummy ones. However, I decided to try the capsules. I am finding them easy to swallow. I will keep these. It looks like they contain the same potency as the gummy ones without the bitter taste.

Great product

I've been taking these supplements for a little over a year and a half and I always feel better when I take them versus when I don't. My mind feels sharper and I feel a little less all over the place. The raspberry flavor is a little aspartame-y but overall not bad. The reason I started taking liquid is because of being placed on the weight loss shot. I would find that if I took a handful of vitamin supplement pills/capsules that my body would tell me that I was full and not hungry because I had just taken something that needs to be digested. Then I wouldn't want to eat food because it would make me feel gross and overly full, which would make me feel worse because I wasn't eating food. So I figured I would try out the liquids. These were GAME CHANGING. I was able to take my vitamins AND have a morning protein shake/yogurt/what not and not starving my body for nutrients. These helped me so much and are so simple to take, that I also take their Youtheory Collagen, Youtheory D3K2, and Youtheory Ashwaganda.
