'GREEN ARMY'
For my grandsons to have opposing teams in their own choice of colour (Not necessarily the authentic Club colours), I took myself back to when I did all this sort of thing on a wet evening with nothing better to do for the local subbuteo league that as kids we ran in our village. Many were the varied multi-coloured teams that would take to the beize to battle out 'top-dog' - my own personal favourite was a set I painted in the colours of 'Roy of the Rovers' complete with 'Overseas' players - but I digress. Today of course many teams are available but not necessarily to one's own choice, so with that in mind the purchase of this set (Real Madrid) was perfect, being completely base white, to allow me to 'tart them up' into what for me was the perfect choice and colour for the youngest one.

Still played by children!
Bought two sets for grandchildren- we have our own leagues and play as often as we can. Much more fun that screen time! My own set is many years old so rather worried about the impact of these new super bendy figures. Time will tell!
