I was fully expecting at least one of our 4 cats to refuse to use this, but they all use it happily. It's solved the issue of the female who won't use a tray once one of the males has used it. So, for that, I love it.There's no doubt that it's a far cleaner and more convenient alternative to a regular litter tray.Now the less positives:The instructions are pretty useless. Use YouTube videos instead.The whole thing feels a bit flimsy. For the cost I would have expected it to be a bit more robust.If you don't get it put together perfectly, it just won't scoop but the green light is on, so you don't know that until the tray has been used.Overall, it's made a very positive impact on the household cats. I'll reserve judgement on whether it's worth the, pretty huge, cost.**Unfortunately I am now requesting a refund on this item. The first one failed. they sent out a replacement and now the 2nd unit has failed too. Trying to scoop with the door open which is not only not safe for the cats, but it also flings litter out of the open door. Not ideal.I've spent more time with my hands in the litter tray with this than I ever have with any other tray. So now I just want my money back. Very disappointing**

This works very well for and needs changed only after 2 or 3 days with 3 indoor cats. an initial fault with the rake was resolved immediately by the seller sending a new component. I advise watching the UK tube video posted by a user on changing and cleaning with extra tips on assembling and set up compared to the manual provided. Working well since we bought about 4 weeks ago having previously had to return another brand that looked simpler mechanics but poor build quality caused sensors to fail.

Difficult, time consuming and unpleasant to clean, whilst it still works. Mechanism is quite noisy and very unreliable. After just a few months the door would sometimes not close, which it does prior to cleaning, which then jams the rake. The rake itself breaks very quickly, It comes with a spare which says it all. Oh, and the control buttons stopped working which made cleaning all but impossible. When the company was contacted, they took a long time to get back to me but eventually just said clean the sensors, which made no difference. Rather than continue with this annoyance I put it down to experience and chucked it in a skip. It didn’t even last as long as the supply of litter bags it domes with. Maybe just give your £300 to charity?

We have 2 young male cats which went through cat litter like it was nobody's business. We would often have to use at least 2 large bags of cat litter a month with a traditional litter box, however with this automatic litter box, we use just over 1 bag a month now which really cuts down the costs! It also saves us so much time, rather than cleaning the litter boxes each day and spend roughly 5-10 minutes, we can now leave it a few weeks at a time to clean the litter and the machine itself. Our cats seem to fill up the litter tray bin in around 3 days, which is a lot less than the advertised time. We've had the litter tray for just over 2 months now and can safely say that it's worth the investment. Cleaning the machine and tray is a bit of a task however, my partner and I usually split up the parts so it can be done quicker, however it roughly takes 30 mins to clean the whole thing if you're cleaning thoroughly which we do around once every 2 weeks so is still much better than cleaning the cat's litter trays each evening. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to make their life a little bit easier with their feline friends.

Unfortunately, my stopped working but they refund me on the same day and I didn't have to send back the old machine very happy

I really wanted to score this better as it was essentially everything I needed back when I got it, However it has been less than a year and the safety door had so many issues over the past 3 months, at one time it doesn't close at all, other times it closes and opens immediately and nothing gets scooped, at other times it just stops half way and everything breaks, and when that happens it beeps so loud (and as I'm living in a flat, this caused me alot of issues with my neighbour).Now I have the box unplugged and I'm scooping manually which really is the opposite of why I bought it to begin with and mind you it is not cheap!I tried all the troubleshooting possible, I tried to contact the customer care through emails attaching images and videos and didn't hear back at all, I'm really disappointed with that, as I hoped for a better customer service for such high tech gadget... now I'm back to the old school litter tray whilst trying to figure out what to do with this big box.

This has broken after less than a month of use. As seen in video the lid suddenly stopped closing during cleaning. I have tried everything to troubleshoot to no avail. HOWEVER customer service was extremely helpful and sent a new one. Update 7 month later and I am having continuous issues with the tray & give up. So disappointing, especially since there are better options out there for same cost.

I couldn’t connect it to the wifi because the light doesn’t show. I tried to unplug it and restart it but it doesn't show
