I run quite warm in bed regardless of the weather (also have a dog laying on top of me!) it’s really easy to use they’re mid sized but you get a pack of 2, they last quite a bit but do need swapping out if you are sitting in bed ontop of them, doesn’t take long for it to cool down again. You can’t really feel it underneath you just the nice coolness, it performs really well and seems to last long. I can use it in bed or use it sat on my office chair when I feel warm.Fair price, comfortable to lay on. Can’t complain for the price

Lovely and cold when U first lie on it,but soon heats up,I even put it in the fridge,but didn't stay cold for long.The weight of it is light ,I got it for my menopause,but found that its not that helpful.Its a good size though

These are a god send on hot sweaty nights!One thing I hate is constantly having to flip the pillow and try and find a cool spot for my head to go on…. Now these are perfect for keeping you cool.Having 2 in a pack is handy if you don’t have to share with your partner, as you can swap and change through the night of the current one looses its cool.I put it inside my pillow case and it’s instant coolness when I lay down!You don’t have to, but you can refrigerate if you really want it to be super cold.They don’t fill the whole pillow, but good enough size for your head and face to go on.The are comfortable enough to sleep on and cannot be easier to use!As you can tell… I’m happy with my purchase! 👌🏼

Whilst it does the job well of keeping you cool without having to go into the fridge, I found that after a few months it started to make farting noises as the gel was leant on. The longer it goes now, the worse it gets.

These are lovely and cool. It did get quite warm whilst I was battling a fever, however, I put this to one side and it cooled down, and was such a relief when I put it back under my head! Good quality with an excellent price.

Wow!!!! This mat is just amazing! First night using it and it lasted until 4.30am by which point it was actually a heat pad as it had absorbed all my menopausal sweats! I had it under my sheet and from the moment I went to bed around midnight I felt cooler and more comfortable for the first time in forever. Love it! It's almost full body size for me at 5ft1. I hung it up and about 1hr later it has cooled down again and I put it back under my sheet. I was awake for the toilet anyway!I literally went online at that moment and bought the smaller pillow pads.It works like magic!

These are brilliant. You don't need to refrigerate them as they are activated by touch.I took them on holiday, they were invaluable.

Works well at cooling. But too cold to sleep on directly where I live (north east Scotland) and edges are not smooth enough. When under sheet it is ok but moves around a bit.

Das Kühlkissen ist anfangs super, Hitzewellen mildert es toll runter. Ein passender Bezug dafür wäre schön. Ich habe es erst mit zum Kopfkissen in den Bezug gesteckt, aber das Kühlkissen ist sehr steif, rutschig und wenn es dann verrutscht wird es störend. Habe verschieden Bezüge ausprobiert, aber aufgrund der Größe müsste ich mir wohl selber einen nähen. Nach einiger Zeit nimmt es die Körpertemperatur an und dann wird es unangenhem, vor allem wenn kein Bezug drauf ist. Gegen Hitzewellen hilft es prima, für heiße Sommernächte reicht es leider nicht aus.

So kann man da schön bequem drauf liegen ,Nur ist es schade das es nach eine Dreiviertelstunde nicht mehr kalt ist .Und dann bringt es nichts dann kann man es besser wieder weg liegen ,
