We got this so we could use the baby monitor on our son’s Nuna play-yard when we travel. The camera holder on his crib at home wraps through the bars and wouldn’t work for the play-yard. The clamp mechanism on this fixed that issue and was very sturdy. It was very easy to set up. I was able to position the camera up high for a “bird’s eye view” and it didn’t move—no slipping or drooping. Very pleased with this purchase.

We had the baby monitor on a dresser for our first baby. The view was enough to make sure he was safe. But we bought this for our second baby and it is so much better! We can see her very well!! I wish we had bought this the first time around. I'm unsure how it'll work when she gets older and potentially pulls on the cord but she is 8 months old now and army crawls towards it and smack the clip. The clip doesn't budge and holds up great against the abuse. Highly recommend!

This works for what I needed but doesn’t hold onto the camera as tightly as I’d like.

Perfect for quickly moving camera to new location. Very easy to mount in multiple places without having to drill to the wall and more secure than just placing on a shelf. I ended up buying one for each of our cameras. Works perfectly with infant optics.

I have ordered 3 of these now and they are very sturdy and great quality. I did have one that the clamp is VERY strong. I worry that if it gets accidentally hit or my child moves it that it may clamp on her fingers. If it does it will be VERY hard. That is a concern but I do still use it. Have bought again and would continue to buy again.

Very easy set up. I didn’t want to put my camera on wall or have to get another shelf. This clip stays put on crib and actually gives me the best view of baby. It is very sturdy and strong but flexible to adjust camera view.

There are a lot of things to like about this Mount- it clips easily to different places, the clip is strong, it’s easy to put the DXR-8 Pro camera on and off and the arm is able to be positioned how you want. However, the arm would always fall sideways and I couldn’t figure out why until I looked at the clip. The metal piece is supposed to be inside the white clamp to keep the arm from rotating. Unfortunately though, I can’t get the clamp to open so I can’t fix the arm.
