Who do I contact if mine won’t even power on?

I have had 5 all together and 3 of them quit working, I tried to contact costumer support on multiple occasions and have not heard anything back from them, I wish you the best of luck, but I think you'll probably be in the same boat.

My device stopped working after 4 months. How do I submit a claim under the warranty?

I would say you'd have to email the company, Nut I have not had any luck with that. We have had 5 over the last 4 or 5 months and 3 of them quit working, we have tried multiple time to get ahold of the company and haven't, so I would say email them and see if you have more luck than we have had.
