I needed a bigger pie dish for Shepherd's Pie and this fit the bill. It is about an inch all around larger than the regular 9 inch pie pans. It bakes very nicely, but it is kind of slippery when taking out of the over, so use good oven mitts. It has a non-slick bottom which is handy. Also it washes easily. I haven't put it in the dishwasher yet, because it was easy to handwash. Good product.

I use this dish for my layered taco dip, hot or cold. It’s perfect for an appetizer platter for almost anything! Love it!

Exactly what I wanted. I made a crustless quiche and it was easy to get out of the pan. It did require a bit of soaking to get it like new but it wasn’t hard to clean.

Great for quiches and pies, doesn't stick, easy to clean, lightweight for the size and material. Big enough for a family dinner's desert (worked great for a Thanksgiving legacy 1914 pecan pie). I would definitely recommend this Pie pan. It's a practical kitchen staple for any baker or cook.

My absolute favorite pie dish! Such a great easy to use dish! I love how you can put homemade crust in the dish and just cut the edges with the top of the pie dish and you end up with a beautiful crust that was zero effort on the edges! Easy to clean and a great durability/weight.
