These are fantastic zero-drop heel gym shoes
I was apprehensive about ordering these after reading the negative reviews, but I can honestly say that I’m very happy I ignored those reviews. It became pretty clear after a few days of wearing them that most of the people giving these shoes a negative review either don’t understand the product, their purpose, or both. These are high quality budget-friendly zero-drop heel shoes with a widened toe box. Yes, there is a definite adjustment period if you’ve never worn zero-drop heels before. Your Achilles and calves WILL be sore until your body adapts. Once you’ve gotten used to them, though, these are amazing. I have tailor’s bunions that I’ve struggled with for years and I ordered these for my gym shoes. They’ve been nothing but wonderful. They’re very breathable and I have much more control over my foot/toe grip in the gym. I wouldn’t recommend them for high intensity or prolonged walking, but as gym shoes they’re perfect..

Excellent for a gentle introduction into barefoot shoes.
These were the first shoes I ever had that actually fit my too wide feet. Easily the most comfortable shoes I ever wore and they immediately addressed some pinch blisters I was struggling with. I've had them for almost two years now as daily drivers, and they held up very well. The tread is wearing away, but no holes formed and the threads/stitching have only showed some fraying. I've switched to more minimal sole Softstar shoes, and comparatively the WHITIN shoes soles are notably thicker, so they seem to be on the thicker end of barefoot shoes. But, I'd argue this makes them very good starter shoes in getting used to the feeling of barefoot shoes. You can also remove the insole for a thinenr sole, but for whatever reason this never felt right to me. Affordable and comfortable, these are a safe test in seeing if these kinds of shoes are for you. I believe they made my feet more prepared for the Softstars. My WHTINs still have life left in them so I'm happily saving them for the time when I need a more robust sole. They're great for yard work and the like. Just don't do anything with water or take these out into the rain, these shoes suck up water like a sponge. Also worth noting, the shoes squeak a lot on certain smooth floors. This squeaking eventually goes away as the soles are worn in.

Great toe box but tongues are digging into tops of my feet
These shoes are pretty great! I'm trying to transition into more barefoot shoes and these are a good affordable option to give that a shot. They are super comfortable, but lose one star because the tongues seem to be a little bit bigger which kind of start to dig into the tops of my feet. I've had to loop the laces under the tongues to prevent them from rubbing into my skin, which helps a lot with long term comfort but then curls the tongues in an awkward way. If the tongues were just a tad shorter, these would be the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. After walking in them and and wearing them regularly for a month now, I can definitely feel it in my calves but regular stretching is helping a lot. My toes definitely appreciate the wider toe box. It seemed like any time I tried on regular shoes to purchase none of them felt comfortable for me and my toes, especially my pinky toe, always felt so constrained. I have absolutely no problem with that with these shoes. I usually wear size 11 men's, and ordered these in 11 and fit perfectly.

Comfortable, stylish and ergonomic for your feet and toes
I was looking for zero drop or barefoot shoes with a wide toe box to restore foot and toe mobility. These WHITIN shoes balance cushion and barefoot feel of the ground beneath you. What I like: 1) Comfortable and light feels great to walk on. 2) The reinforced lace holes provide stable and snug feel when laced up, but you can wiggle the toes have plenty of room. 3) Fabric is strong that I wear them in the gym. 4) The colors are deep and cool. In addition to white, I have gray and black which are my favorite casual shoes. 5) They are reasonably priced for the quality. 6) The non-slip gum soles prevent slipping that you may find with other lighter shoes that use foam soles. 7) These pack small so they don't take much room in a travel bag. 8) The fabric do not easily stain and stays fresh looking.

Fitting guide very inaccurate!
Was apprehensive to pull the trigger on these shoes, mostly due to cost and associating that with quality. I am very pleased with them, though. The price point makes them a steal! First the good: I have VERY flat, low profile feet, kinda like skis. Plus my pinky toe has started rolling over and goinng inward. THese shoes provide a generous toe box, and even loosely laced fit my feet like a glove. It was weird walking in them at first as this is the only pair of 0 drop shoes I have worn, almost tripped walking down the hall as if my feet didn't know how to work. After a couple minutes I adapted. My feet feel more "connected" to the ground, with exceptional grip and fit. My feet are very comfortable and not tired after a full day at work on my feet. I will be buying more in the future. The bad: This doesn't take away from my fondness of the shoes, but the top of the toe box (near the laces) somewhat folds in, creating a look of shoes that dont fit well, despite them fitting perfectly. So if you are someone who prefers appearance of functionality, this might drive you crazy. Tall profile feet may eliminate this, as they would fill out the shoe more. Additionally, the fitting chart for these shoes is whack! I measured my foot heal to toe, based on their recommendation I should order a size 8. I read another review that indicated I should order my usual size. So I ordered an 11 (im an 11.5 mens), and they fit perfect! Overall, great shoe, even better value, time will tell how well they hold up to daily wear and tear. Im impressed so far and would recommend to freinds.

Seems about worth what I paid
I've been wearing Merrell trail glove shoes for a few years and really enjoy them, but they're expensive. I got these and the WHITIN zero drop running shoes for 40 and 30 ea. These are worth about what I paid, they have little padding, the sole is very flat so can slap the ground when walking. The running shoes seem much nicer for a lower price, more padding and a thicker sole.

Like the shoes
I got these to help improve my balance. I am almost 65, and noticed that my balance was a little off. For the first few days of wearing them, I noticed that my legs would feel like they were starting to cramp while walking if the walking was a longer distance. I believe this was just the shoes making me use muscles that control your balance, that I had not been using because I was wearing more padded shoes. This went away in a few days and I do feel like my balance is better and I am more sure footed. The shoes feel like your walking in moccasins. I did order one size bigger then I normally wear and the fit was perfect. The material is thin on the inside but seems to be a sturdy canvas material on the outside. So I am careful how I put them on and off, always unlacing them to take off by hand and putting them on by hand and lacing them up. The sole inside feels like your getting a foot massage as you walk. Not sure how long they will last, but with care I hope to have them a while.

ACTUALLY very wide!
I absolutely love these shoes! As a wide and tall footed human, these are truly the most comfortable shoe I have ever felt. And definitely the only shoe whose toe box has truly felt roomy enough for me. This far, after three weeks of fairly consistent wear, they have held up great with little evidence of the tread being worn down. I am anticipating them to hold up well.

Best affordable barefoot shoes
This is the best affordable model by far for this brand. Nice wide toe, truly think sole, laces that fits any high or low volume feet. I use them daily all day and not pain at all. I recommend to buy a size that let 1cm minimun between your toes and the shoes to allow your feet spread freely during the day. Excellent price/value.

Comfortable -- game changer for long walking days
The wide toe box is a game changer. If you're not used to shoes like this, there can be an adjustment period for your foot muscles. Saved our feet in Disneyland!
