Works
They worked fine. I don't think these are actually Integrated Keyhead Transmitters (IKT). If they were, they should have programmed the remote functions when the PATS transponder got programmed, but they did not. So these are more like a transponder key with a separate remote fob. I had to program the remotes separately, but once programmed, everything worked perfectly. Key programming requires a professional scanner or two different existing function keys (not two clone keys). To program only the remote part, do this: Ignition off. Unlock the doors with power lock switch. Cycle the ignition from OFF to RUN eight times rapidly within 10 seconds, end on RUN. Doors should lock and unlock. Within 20 seconds, press any remote button. Door locks should cycle for confirmation Repeat with next remote. Ignition off.

Sorta works
So I had a locksmith cut and program the keys. He verified I do have a remote start installed that the factory key will work. BUT the new key only locks and unlocks but does not remote start. So the remote start function of this key is misleading! Will keep yawl updated on how long the rest of the functions last. Update!! After finding a video online I have found a solution that works with this key. If you press the lock button twice (slowly) then the remote start twice (slowly) it remote starts!

Keys didn't work
Had the keys cut, programmed both following instructions. The key itself works but none of the buttons work.

Wonderful, saving us so much money on our new, used truck.
Our new, used truck only had one key. Not good. We bought these keys, had both of them cut at our local ace hardware for under $10. Our dealer programmed them and they work great. Ace would have programmed them for a few dollars more. Now we have 3 keys, one is hidden in my horse trailer!

They work, kind of.
I needed a spare key so after checking out my options, I went with this brand based on positive reviews. With that said, after cutting and programming, both keys would start the truck ('13 F150) but neither would lock/unlock/remote start. I was able to solve this with the 8 times on/off method to program both keys. However, after a day, one key could no longer lock/unlock the truck. I reprogrammed that key and after another day, the other key stopped working. So I decided to just use one key with lock/unlock/RS enable and the spare will just have to manually unlock. Both still start the vehicle only one seems to work at a time. Other issues I find weird is that to remote start, I only have to press the RS button twice, not the lock button followed by 2X RS button. I've managed to accidently start the truck many times by putting my keys in my pocket which is not good. Also the key cannot stop the truck once remote started. I should be able to press the start button again and the truck should shut down but it doesn't. Last issue, the soft nature of the rubber for the buttons causes the alarm or other buttons to be pressed by putting my keys in my pocket so I take care not to do so until I'm far enough away to avoid activating the alarm or remote starting the truck. Pro's - Inexpensive, and kind of work once you figure out how to program the lock/unlock/rs buttons Con's - Safety concerns with remote start not using the proper sequence and the ease of buttons to be pressed when you don't want them to be.

Works like it should.
It works as it should. I have been using it for a few days, so i can't speak for longevity, but the keyless entry and remote start both work on my 2015 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor.
