Excellent noise deadning and stops a lot of vibration Can be difficult to slide under the machine recommend using cardboard under the mat to help it slide into position.

We bought this for two reasons. One to reduce noise on a fast spin washing machine. Two to stop the washing machine moving on a wood floor. It works in both respects. We went for the thicker mat (20mm) as others had found thinner versions were less effective. I think this was good decision as the 20mm mat is very substantial and simply works. Top tips: 1. If your washing machine is plumbed in under a worktop, make sure you have the required extra 20mm headroom above the machine once the mat is installed. If you have less than 20mm, obviously order a mat which is less than your gap. 2. It is very difficult to lift the washing machine onto the mat and then expect to move it back into position. So we overcame this by cutting the square 60cm x 60cm mat exactly in half with a straight edge and a Stanley knife. You can then leave the washing machine in position and gently raise the right half of the machine and slide the right half of the mat into place under it. Then do exactly the same with the left so that the base mat fits against itself to reform the perfect square. I really recommend this Anti Vibration mat. The quality is very good and although it's relatively expensive, it does the job well.

I have bought this product previously,fab quality at a great price perfect fit for a standard sized washing machine with a bit over,cuts vibration and stabilises the machine with no wandering,I highly recommend this mat.

This dampened the sound and vibration of the washing machine to the point where I could run it three times a day without feeling like I am giving my neighbours an earthquake simulator. But make sure it is snug underneath it. Thickness is larger than expected which is nice but check clearance as mine was down to the millimetre once installed.

This + levelling the washing machine fixed my issue. The washing machine no longer walks. I was so happy that something actually worked.

This has been the worst purchase I have made in a long time. Put 1 star as can’t put 0. Washing machine vibrates more than before and now even moves across the floor which it didn’t do before sitting on this. Wasted money for me, back to the drawing board.

Ho acquistato questo tappeto antivibrazione per utilizzarlo con la lavatrice che alcune volte, durante la centrifuga, si spostava non poco dalla sua ubicazione iniziale. Riduce notevolmente le vibrazioni della mia lavatrice e asciugatrice, rendendo il tutto molto più silenzioso. Il materiale è di alta qualità e prodotto in Germania, a prima vista risulta molto robusto e duraturo. Inoltre, è facile da tagliare e posizionare, quindi posso adattarlo perfettamente alle mie esigenze (l’ho dovuto tagliare per renderlo adatto come dimensioni alla base della lavatrice). Il prezzo è anche molto conveniente considerando la qualità e la funzionalità. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono ridurre il rumore e le vibrazioni delle loro lavatrici/asciugatrici.

Sie ist stabil, hochwertig verarbeitet und sorgt dafür, dass meine Waschmaschine deutlich leiser läuft und beim Schleudern nicht mehr verrutscht. Das Format 60 x 60 cm passt perfekt unter gängige Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Besonders praktisch ist, dass die Matte zugeschnitten werden kann – ideal für individuelle Anpassungen. Die Qualität „Made in Germany“ merkt man sofort: robustes Material, langlebig und zuverlässig. Auch die Installation war kinderleicht – einfach unter das Gerät legen und sofort spürbar weniger Vibrationen. Fazit: Eine solide, funktionale und langlebige Lösung, die Ruhe und Stabilität in den Haushalt bringt. Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die ihre Geräte sicher und leise betreiben möchten.

TIP: let the mat air before use (strong rubbery smell). This mat diminishes the transfer of vibrations (sounds) to (via) the surface that equipment that vibrates is standing on. It obviously cannot stop something from vibrating internally and certainly cannot fix a washing machine with internal balance problems. That's physically impossible. The mat contains the vibrations, but larger equipment movements may now be bigger as the equipment can no longer slide a little. I have read some of the other comments, obviously. I wonder if this mat could benefit from having a smooth surface on which the vibrating equipment has to be placed. It would allow the equipment to retain some of its flexibility. Consumers often mistakenly think that less flexibility means a smaller chance that something breaks, but you actually need flexibility to accommodate vibrations (small movements). (This is also how earthquake-proof buildings are created.) I bought the mat because I was not sure that anti-vibration feet would be suitable for my purpose. It's possible that feet allow more movement, that their tops are more flexible than the bottom of the feet, but I've never purchased and looked at such feet.
