To everyone, First, let me say this: everyone’s body are not equal, therefore each person using this product, their body will react differently. In my case after 3 day usage, my energy was getting low rather than high. I started to fe very uncomfortable pain around my abdominal start the first day. On the 3rd, i could barely lift my arms after the gym. Further, my heart was pounding even though I have taken the supplement 13 hours earlier. Moreover, I noticed my eyes blood vessels could be seen. I am not a rookie with gym supplements and I workout 5 days a week lifting weights. But I thought I give this a try not only for energy purpose but also for cutting back (shredding). Unfortunately my body reaction was not what I expected. My caution to everyone as a human, do not take this. Please don’t risk anything. It’s not worth it. You wanna suppress your appetite to lose weight? Do cardio. I mean not on treadmill because on the 3 or 4 day, you will be bored and don’t wanna do it. We are human and we get bored easily Instead, go for exactly 2.5-3 miles walk 4-5 days a week. And I will tell you this that it does make a big difference and you’ll see a change within yourself. Now you are wondering how come I didn’t do that? I used to but lately I been traveling a lot for work and I wanted to do a short cut. Unfortunately it’s not a healthy one. Because is my first time the I received this product Like this like if it was wet like strong ball, like the other’s time Always all the package they were like powder that’s why ,I am kind of confused if it’s safe to use like this?!
