What are these mde of? (Silicone? Rubber? Latex?)

Feels like every other little rubber band of its kind. It's not ouchless and depending on which batch you get they'll either work or break every time you try to use one.

How big are the bands? What is the total length in inches of each loop?

They vary I size. Maybe 2/3 being about as big around as a dime. And the other third just big enough to go over my pink finger.They work great for my daughters hair.The bigger ones can work on adult hair, but the smaller ones can only make one loop about a big pony tail, but work great on the end of adult or kids braids.
