These cooling pillows are amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They’re soft, comfortable, and stay nice and cool throughout the night. They have great support without feeling too firm, and I’ve been sleeping much more comfortably since getting them. The quality is excellent for the price, and I definitely recommend them!

This is an amazing pillow. I let it “get air” for two days and once it was “done” I noticed how soft and bouncy it became. Very comfortable pillow and holds it shape so nicely. I am really considering purchasing another one and then slowly replacing all of my older pillows with one of these.

I’ve been using this cooling memory foam pillow for a few weeks now, and overall my experience has been mixed—but leaning positive when it comes to comfort. The memory foam itself is excellent. It has a nice balance between softness and support, contouring well to my head and neck without feeling too stiff or too sinky. I’m primarily a side and back sleeper, and the pillow does a great job of maintaining proper alignment, which has noticeably reduced neck stiffness in the mornings. It also holds its shape well throughout the night and doesn’t go flat, which is a big plus compared to traditional pillows. Where this pillow falls short is in its advertised cooling performance. While it’s marketed as a “cooling” memory foam pillow, I didn’t notice much difference compared to a standard memory foam option. The surface may feel slightly cool when you first lie down, but that sensation fades quickly, and the pillow tends to retain heat as the night goes on. If you’re someone who sleeps hot or specifically looking for a pillow to help with overheating, this may be disappointing. I still found myself flipping the pillow to find a cooler spot, which defeats the purpose of the cooling feature. That said, if comfort and support are your top priorities, this pillow delivers very well. The materials feel high-quality, and it provides consistent support night after night. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable memory foam pillow, but with the caveat that the cooling aspect isn’t as effective as advertised. Think of it as a great memory foam pillow first—and a “cooling” pillow second.

I love this pillow you get your money's worth great size you can remove some of the stuffing if you need to it keeps you cool it's very comfortable I definitely recommend others to purchase and I will be getting a few more

I tried using the pillow as is for about 6 months after purchase. Too big/tall, not enough give. I took out about 25% of the stuffing, and it was better. Used it like this for about 3 months. Decided to take out another 10-15% of the stuffing and it's pretty much perfect now. I've used the pillow for sleep every night since late 2023 (now mid-2026). I like it a lot. A few notes: 1. I had to buy two pillowcases and two pillow protectors and ask mom to sew them together. Thanks mom! Normal sized pillowcases were just too small and couldn't accommodate the pillow with all of the stuffing inside. 2. Pillow protector + pillowcase renders "cooling side" pretty much useless. This isn't really an issue for me. 3. As stated above, I took out a bunch of stuffing. Wasn't sure where to put it so I threw it into an empty pillow protector. Then I ultimately just threw a case onto that and now I have a small baby pillow to go along with this one. I find it to be useful for lounging about while watching tv so that's a plus. Very hard not to recommend this pillow considering the price I got it at. For me it sits probably somewhere between a very good to great purchase overall and I'm definitely satisfied with it.

I'm a big fan of this pillow! It's soft, but firm at the same time. It came with extra filling if you want a firmer feel. I added it to the pillow. I love that it comes with a cover! I thought the cover was the actual pillow, and was surprised. It's really a good quality pillow. And the price is great.

Okay, first and foremost.... I want to rate these as 5 stars because I ordered a set yesterday and they are AMAZING. The reason I'm rating these 3 stars is thanks to a second shipment of these pillows that came today. HORRIBLE!!!! They came the exact same way mine did vacuum sealed and we fluffed them the same way, even let them sit for 2 hours AFTER adding the included bag of filling into just ONE of them and it was weaker than the old worn out pillow it was replacing!! When I added the filling to mine, I split the bag between both pillows and they're nice snd firm as expected. Nothing wrong there, but this shipment??? This tells me THEY DO NOT WEIGH THEIR PILLOWS! ZERO QUALITY CONTROL HERE!!!!! I'm pissed, because I ordered this second set for my mom and she can't even use these right now. I had to spent $40 on extra bags of filling just to make sure we have enough after what happened here. How do you know if one bag will be enough when you aren't getting the same amount every time? I'd like the seller to contact me and hook me up with a few bags of filling at the very least. I carefully read reviews on all the pillows I searched for and decided these were the best value for my money. Again, my set is great and ysable out if the box as they should be, but my mom's set?! Sitting there looking half filled. UNACCEPTABLE! If you're gonna do something, you better do it right. Here in America, we still have quality standards. I guess that's the risk you take with online shopping, but there's no excuse for it. I spent at least $100 between both sets I ordered PLUS the $40 on filling for these. This company had better step up their game, because there's too much competition to settle for this crap. Either the manufacturer fixes this or I will by sending these pillows BACK.

Overall, I'm quite pleased with this. The fact that it is fully adjustable (adding or removing foam, and they give you a bunch extra) is a massive boon as I like pillows to be pretty low profile. It feels nice to the touch, and compresses nicely but not a ton like down. The memory foam that is inside of it seems to be combined with some kind of a harder material, it's all shredded so I can't tell what it is, but it seems like maybe plastic or something of the kind. Hasn't been an issue in any way, but was just weird feeling it when removing foam. I took a point off because there seems to be some false advertising going on. You can see in their picture that there is a tag that says bamboo side, the other side of that says cooling side. They also mention it in their advertising. As far as I can tell that is not true at all. The cover unzips so that you can remove the material so you can see that there is nothing on either side of it, and both sides appear visually identical to each other. Certainly I would NOT call this a cooling pillow in any way. It's maybe decently cool if you leave it in a cool place for a while, but over the course of the night warms up quite a bit. I did not notice any appreciable difference in the cooling of either side of it. There is a definite noticeable smell to it, but I wouldn't call it 'bad' like most memory foam things are when they come from the factory. It smells kind of like some kind of cleaning solution in a noticeable but not unpleasant sense. All in all, for the price this is a fantastic pillow and I would definitely recommend it.
