It is really nice quality. Easy to put on and adjust to fit. The thumb area could be a little tighter for me. I do find relief using it at night while I’m sleeping. That is what my doctor recommended for my trigger thumb.

Before I bought this I read reviews that the thumb isn't tight enough and that is true but I found that if you tighten the thumb before you put it on and then adjust it as you put it on its does make it tight now I can't bend my thumb. It is very comfortable and I think this is going to help with my pain.

It's great to hold around thumb firmly, I don't know why it needs all the way down to wrist as it's bulky but may be it helps to secure the thumb area effectively. One wish is the tape around thumb should be wider and more secure as it's only holds on tip of the fabric, I would like to have some support at the bottom of thumb as well.

Tight fit around the wrist, loose around the thumb, very uncomfortable to use while typing. I did feel some relief after having it on for a few hours, but I couldn't continue to use it while working from home at my computer.
