Letters falling off?
As an avid Kate Spade fan, I was super psyched to find this combo. The bags are light weight, and very spacious. However, I am disappointed in the quality of the branding; after less than 2 months of occasional use, letters on the smaller pouch have began to fall off. They are glorified stickers and if I tried, I could peel them all off. The larger bag (which I use more/gets more wear and tear) seems to be more of a metal plate that’s attached inside. Overall, I really like the bags themselves, but am sad the letters of the smaller carrying pouch have seemingly run away.
