Do they actually work

I gave them a 1 star review - i think the idea is sound - they push the interior of the nose open to let more air in. But #1 thats not necessarily why many of us snore. And #2 i used a snore app to measure snores at night (get one free on your phone, literally look up "snore app" or "sleep app"). The snore app was used 2 times before i got the nose ring. i snored for the full minute recordings (my app only does up to 1 min) about once an hour. i then used it 2 nights with the ring. Not only were the snores just as frequent and loud - i actually snored a few MORE times with rings (once every 45 minutes). i then did a night with Breath Right Strips and snored as well, but a few times less than normal (3 big snore sessions that night, so about every 2 hours). So id take BR Strips over this, but Id look for something even better the expensive strips. Maybe with a perfect shaped nose these would work more, but i also found them super uncomfortable.

Can this be worn with a septum ring and nostril piercing?

I'd say no. It is small and would probably hurt or not stay in

What's the difference between clear 1 and clear 2?

This is new. In the past, there was only one option and I see now that my order was fulfilled as Clear2. Of the four Q&A's, this is one of the questions, but the answer does not answer it. Only thing I can tell you is these things really work for me. It's probably worth the $6.99 to try it. Good luck!

What size are these? I mean will they fit large noses as well? Bought some before that seemed very short
