Damaged Shoe Rack, Poor Quality & Unacceptable Customer Service
We received this shoe rack in damaged condition, and the overall quality is nowhere near what you would expect for this price. It feels like almost half of the money has been wasted. The product is completely overpriced and not worth buying. We requested a return because we simply did not like the quality. However, instead of processing the return, we have been forced to keep the product. It has been over a week, and Amazon and the seller keep offering different solutions like ₹1,000 refund, free installation, or replacement of some parts, but we never asked for these. Our request was very simple: We do not want to keep this product. Please accept the return and issue a full refund. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this product due to its poor quality and the difficult return process.

Looks great and spacious
Easy instruction manual... But took lot of time tk install

The product is good but the space inside could be a little wider. I can fit four and a half pair of shoes in one rack. They could add few more inhes so that five pairs can bi fit. Otherwise the quality and all is good. Does the work. Plus the installation to be done separately which cosated me other 700. If anyone is thinking to buy they should keep it in mind.
