This is a great magnesium supplement

This product has a 9.63 Excellent rating on the SuppCo app... the price point is good and I swear that I'm sleeping better after taking two capsules about an hour before turning out the lights. Couldn't be happier!

It Works!
Great source of magnesium. I use them mostly for sleeping and my restless leg syndrome. I notice when I skip them that I tend to experience my symptoms. Be sure to keep up on your water intake when supplementing!
