Do you need to flush the ear with warm water after use?

No, there’s no where stated in the directions that that is a step you have to take. But if it’s something that you feel is necessary due to some sort of discomfort you can. But I would imagine washing the medicine out of your ear probably isn’t something you’d want to do. I am no specialist let alone an ENT. But it was never stated in the directions that you had to do that. Hope this helps.

Isopropyl alcohol? Wont that dry out your ear canal and cause more issues?

Great question! Most OTC ear drops for swimmers ear are mostly alcohol. BigWaveDrops have enough alcohol to battle pathogens, dry traped water and evaporate after use. What sets BigWaveDrops apart is the bioactivated turmeric that is suspended in an oil/protein matrix that leaves the ear slightly coated. This cuts down on itching of the ear (pruritus), swelling, and pain (otalgia). Using BigWaveDrops is like a hug for your ears!
