Bought an open piece, left earbuds are not working, battery dead precisely, based on the description it is perfect condition, i have to return it,

Hi there, i was happy with the feedback from customers and i ordered 2 pairs of rog cetra 1 pair is working totally fine, another pair left side pod is not working at all, it doesn't turned on at first opening and continues to show like it's dead while on other hand right side was working, anyhow i have sent back for replacement, let's see how long amazon or seller will take to resolve this issue...i need this to be replaced asap, so i can give 5 stars.... thanks

This ear phone is so bad the sound quality is trash and the mic quality also is trash

I bought these buds for my phone as my Sony sony wf 1000xm4 had a battery Issue. As I bought these for 1000 sek (roughly 100 Euro) I was eager to see how they compared. The sound was a bit better in these, the app was fantastic, Battery seems good.Only problem really was they didn't fit my ears perfectly.I recommend these any day to anyone.

Très bon écouteur de qualité, le son est bon et le mode de réduction de bruit vous permet de mieux vous isoler des bruits extérieurs et du coup d’être plus concentré sur votre film, jeu ou musique. La durée de la batterie est bonne et il suffit de peu de temps pour pouvoir recharger les écouteurs à 100%. Je les utilise essentiellement sur mon téléphone et j’en suis satisfait. L’éclairage led est vraiment sympa.

Love this headphones. I'm using them for over a year and they sound very good.Battery last up to 8h, depends on volume and what you listen. Listening music At max volume drains battery quicker but still could keep more then 6h.They are comfortable to wear, sometimes I forget I have one in my ear.

Chcę poświęcić parę chwil do opinii tego produktu od Asus. Jak zakupiłem te słuchawki to naprawdę zrobiły wrażenie, ale to tylko na pierwszy rzut oka. A teraz po użytkowaniu ich chce zapewnić że te słuchawki robi producent który nie posiada żadnego pojęcia o praktyczności swych produktów. Po użytkowaniu jednego roku, przestała działać lewa słuchawka. Słuchawki zrobione z plastiku który po 20 +- minutach zaczynają wypadać z uszy, jest okropnej formy, dzięki której bardzo słabo trzymają się w uszach. Mikrofon jest tak złej jakości że pod czas rozmów, kontakt po drugiej stronie ciągle narzeka na jakość rozmowy. ZASKOCZYŁY mnie widokiem, i jakością. Wygląd 10/10, jakość 3/10, praktyczność 1/10. Wynik jest taki, że ciągle widzę problemy z produktami od Asus. Na tą cenę za którą oferują swoje produkty oraz jakość, zdecydowanie zachęcam omijać szerokim łukiem produkty od tej firmy. Cenimy swój czas, i miejmy szacunek do siebie. Nie polecam znajomym i innym , sam napewno nie popełnię błędu z zakupem tego oraz innych produktów Asus. Pozdrawiam wszystkich.
