The health benefits.
After taking the liquid, which was not only a lovely taste, but seems to show results, thanks to my daughter looking for ways to help Mom who had a stroke in Dec. After the liquid this was the next step to keeping the benefits going. No side effects, easy to take,works well for digestion and weight loss. Certainly so far, worth the money.

Better (and less wasteful) than multivitamins. 😉
After years of taking an assortment of daily vitamins that just darkened my urine (ask your doctor if you’re doing this) I’ve joined the probiotics crowd and take this instead. It improves your ability to absorb healthier nutrients from your basic “favorite meal” and encourages you to drink at least 6-8 ounces of fluid to make it soluble. Easy peezy, no bad aftertaste and better digestion is one of the keys to maintaining or losing weight. Recommend for seniors who don’t want to just darken their urine. 😇

Works well for tummy problems
