After being diagnosed with depression last year, I heard Vitamin D was a good supplement to take and with it being winter in the U.K. and getting very little sun I thought it was perfect. This is a huge bag of tablets, lasting a long time which is great. I love the resealable storage design. The tablets themselves are flavourless which is perfect. They are small and round but easy enough to swallow, as I am someone who struggles to take large tablets. I’m really enjoying this product and brand.
