LOVE these canes. Perfect height and adjustable to what you need. VERY sturdy. I have walked every day with them with exercising due to balance issues and they have improved my walking and posture. LOVE THEM.... I ordered 3 in case I lose one.

This cane will help you walk in a more upright position. It is easy to put together and will be better for your wrist and arm from a regular cane. This tall cane arrived quickly from Amazon. The height should come up to your elbow and will have several height positions. The tip appears to be very strong. The price is very reasonable. I recommend this very nice walking stick.

I liked the cane because it is shaped like a walking stick and not a walking cane. It makes you walk more upright. It was easy to move it up and down. It was easy to take apart and place in suitcase. I liked the self standing part of the cane. Which helps when there is no hand rail when walking down or up stairs. The handle was a unique design and it was comfortable BUT The only issue is that the handle is a hard plastic and after walking I started getting getting a blister on my thumb. I would like it to have a cushioned grip like walking sticks. A friend told me to try hockey tape and see if that works.

I bought this out of curiosity. I carry a walking stick when i walk to help with balance, but it is a pain in the butt putting it down anywhere, so first it was the standalone feature that appealed to me. The handle looked intriguing, though I was not sure how much weight it could take off your feet with the thing held in front of you rather than like a cane, under so you could lean down into it. But this was inexpensive so I thought I would give it a try. Though there are no instructions it was easy to assemble and would easily break down to fit in a suitcase. It feels VERY solid. The height adjustment has a good range. And the handle!!! I don't pretend to understand the mechanics of it, but I am able to take a lot more weight off my feet with this than a regular cane, and with far less strain on my arm. What a wonderful tool! It does stand up by itself, though you need to make sure it is balanced right and not moving. And the purple color is gorgeous. I can't recommend this enough for someone who needs to ease some weight off his feet but hates using canes. Oh, and for anyone who has not used a full length walking stick before, they go down stairs MUCH better than a short cane.

These walking sticks are amazing I've been using two canes to get around for quite a while now and wasn't sure that walking sticks would be my best option but these ones make me feel very stable on my feet and I'm really thankful for it for them recommend highly recommend!

The cane is ok, but it needs some gripping tape as its very slippery when hands sweat or have lotion on. Which makes it hard to talk when my hands keeps sliding down

After a bad foot and ankle injury with multiple fractures I had finally downsized from two crutches to one. I was using the crutch like a cane because I didn’t want to look like an old lady hunched over a cane so I was carrying around the unwieldy huge crutch everywhere. Finally I realized I needed to downsize to something smaller. I’m so glad I found this because I’m 5’8” and this is long enough for me to hold it while standing up straight without having to hunch over it. It looks more like a ski pole than a crutch and I actually get compliments on it, as if it was some sort of stylish fashion accessory lol. However it does not stand on its own. You could probably get a 4-pronged replacement for the bottom if you really needed that but I’m fine with it as is. If you’re tall and don’t want to look elderly using a cane, I highly recommend this.

This is the safest cane/walking stick I have ever used. I adore the way the handle gives me alternate (and safe) grips for ascending and descending stairs and slopes. I'm even able to carry groceries up flights of stairs now that previously pulled me off balance so badly I had to split the load into 3 or 4 trips, now, just 1 load safely. Mentally, I'm still rather young and a traditional cane sometimes makes me feel depressed. This walking cane takes me back to my pre-injury days of hiking. It gives me a feeling of being whole again (even though I'm not). And when I've been at the VA for appts, I've had 2-3 people ask me about it each trip. Many people also like the look and feel of activity and health. As for posture, the ability to move your hand around to fit the ground you're traversing allows you to match the cane to the ground, not you to the ground like traditional canes. No more hunching to reach the ground when going down a slope or stairs, or when traversing uneven ground. No more hunching or straining your arm when wearing different pairs of shoes from day to day, just let your hand fall naturally on the grip. The handle was rather slick though so I wrapped it in some kinestheology tape (OK tape) for a better grip. I am still trying to find the correct tip for me. The included tip trips me up a bit too often. I believe I will likely end up with the "ergocap" tip but that can slip on wet brick so I'm not entirely sure yet. I would suggest getting the cane holder that is a soft foam wire. You wrap it around the cane and make a hook out of one end to fit whatever you need to hang it on. 3 to a pack, work great and keep their shape, don't slide down the cane. Very adjustable. Can fit wherever you need it to fit. 5 out of 5 for the came out of the box.

I have been using this type of posture cane for over 5 years. This is probably my third one. I only ordered it because it now comes in pretty colors. I have purchased a few for friends and family. I would convert anyone who uses a cane to this type. I have had three spinal fusions. The traditional style canes keep you bent over. It would be great for anyone who has hip or back issues. This cane keeps you upright and stable. I cannot say enough about the diffidence this makes.

So the thing is that most walking sticks are palm down. If you take that into context, then you probably will find this a different approach. That way you are not tilting to one side as much as you would do in a normal cane. This, however, solely depends on your balance, gait etc.

I purchased this for my dad and he is able to bring it easily in his car. He uses it for help with balance. The design allows him to remian more upright. He also has more confidence while using it as he wasnt ready to bring a "cane" along with him places.

We has a problem with delivery but Customer Service is quick and got on top of things. They kept us informed. My son loves the Posture cane as it allows him to walk straight and tall. After waiting over a week for promised and failed delivery we asked to be refunded. We went with another supplier as we could not wait any longer.
