My first cordless vacuum cleaner so I don't have anything to compare it with but it has made life so much easier!It's pretty quiet and very easy to carry around. I like the way you can use the top section separately for small jobs, and that it has extra fittings to enable you to get into even difficult tiny spaces. For example, the bottom edge of my oven door!Charging is easy. Getting used to all the buttons to take it apart or put it together or even stand it up for storage is a bit of a nuisance, but they are pretty logical and seem robust.When you first turn it on it is disconcertingly slow to start but when it starts it has good suction and is effective in removing hair, leaves from house plants, and general dirt from both wooden floors and carpets and rugs. I'm actually very impressed by how much dirt it picks up.

I purchased this for £159. I have to say I am extremely impressed so far. I'm not sure the light on that front or the "deodorant capsule you plug into it are really necessary but what this is is clearly a well made bit of kit that is also well designed. It comes with multiple heads which work well, is nicely compact, and charges with a simple plug that is quite quick. There is a digital display for the charge, and an auto sense that varies the suction depending on the floor. Being a stick cleaner and cordless means its ideal for stairs and the Flexi arm is a neat idea that although slightly unnecessary does make it quite easy to vaccum underneath couches and beds which is pretty versatile. Same can be said for the fact you can make it a smaller handheld. It is also pretty easy to empty. Noise level is not too bad at all, although it is much louder on the higher suction levels. I am actually very happy with this purchase and recommend it.

I have a Shark mains vac which is very efficient. This will never match a mains on thick carpet but performs adequately and is perfect on hard floors. Did the whole house carpets and hard floor approx 20 mins used 50% battery.Pros. Lightweight, versatile with attachmentsReasonable suction, easy to empty.Cons. Car detail kit next to useless unless you use boost and do everything in 10 minutes.Squeaky wheels, not freestanding unless folded, the gimmicky bendable shaft is an obvious weak point so needs to be used with care, probably a feature that I will never use. Spare batteries seem incredibly expensive.Overall a good purchase compared to high street retailer price with a good warranty.

Totally awesome vac cleaner. To be honest, being a battery operated device I didn't thought it would perform that good. I got a small flat which has a thick carpet on 80% of it's floor surface (something I really hate - I hate carpets in general cause they attract too much dust and they are a pain to clean, a British favorite apparently). The Stratos (not the Lancia legendary rally car), does perform! it cleans well and a full charge lasts to do the whole 1 bedroom flat. For larger houses you will definitely need more batteries.What I really like about the Stratos is the intelligent modular design philosophy it has. You can use it as a hand held vacuum cleaner with the provided long nozzle, or attach the floor device that cleans beautifully any surface, including thick carpets. Very powerful although if you use it in full power the battery depletes very fast, the Clean Sense IQ feature helps save a lot of battery power while doing actually the job. Comes with a few basic attachments and more are available through Shark's website, should you wish.My only recommendation would be that the Stratos is not quite suitable for older people as it is quite heavy. Other than that go ahead and order one, you will be amazed.

I deliberated for ages about which from the many to buy.(probably like you are) - I decided on this and glad I did.. works well. Put together easily and I cleaned the downstairs (- nine large rooms- ) I felt satisfied - and actually quite embarrassed- that it had removed so much unrealised dust..! - even after I had used my Henry..! Some have said that they found it a bit heavy- I felt it’s ok..not overly so- the nozzles easily attached - (so that I didn’t feel that it was a nuisance to do so)- the roller did as promised and removed the large amount of hair ( we all have long , very fine hair and we shed a lot- it seems) - this was going to be a big test for it- and none of it wrapped around the roller. I was very pleased. I was able to release it all, without problem, into the bin. It is surprisingly small and easy to store. I took the main handheld bit off and placed it easily with the other stand part.i now don’t feel reluctant to get it out and hoover.. - all are main priorities to me. We sound, on reading this, that we are an incredibly dirty household- (we aren’t so bad- and I know we aren’t alone) but we have most definitely, after using this, now got much better. So I’d recommend it to a potential buyer.

Okay, I’ve had a shark before and it was good for getting pet hair removal but this is a WHOLE NEW LEVEL. I think I’ve finally found a vacuum that can keep up with two very sheddy Corgis! It will auto adjust suction for densely dirtier areas with a light up meter on the front for the first sensor! Easy to use and store! Really impressed with the quality so far!

This is a great vacuum for me, my previous one was a Dyson and was far too heavy for me to handle now that I’m older. I struggled to manoeuvre it around the house let alone carry it upstairs. This one is so much lighter and easily moved around. It gets under my sofa and cupboards. The battery doesn’t last ages but can get round a three bedroom house also as I have two I never run out. I thoroughly recommend.
