Beginners friendly. I like the product comes with additional strips for bite and neck carry cord. Of course storage box. This what I ordered and I got exactly what they described. If you are first time trying, you can start with this product

Perfect jaw trainer
It really worked well for me. I started with light one and few weeks later i feel comfortable chewing on 50 lbs black one. Started feeling too easy. My jawline really became stronger. I can totally recommend to the guys with weak chins to go with it. Is there anything stronger than 50 lbs i would.probably need a set of 3 going up to 100 lbs?
