I can feel that it is helping me stretch not just my neck but my shoulders and chest. I like that each side provides different degrees of stretch. The position of the rest of your body contributes greatly to its effectiveness. Your palms are supposed to be up, elbows bent at 90 degrees, arms above your head, feet flat, knees bent. I try to focus on breathing and relaxing into it for the 15 minutes I'm using it. It rapidly became more comfortable to use after only a few days. My husband uses the milder side and it's a tough stretch for him. I'm not a professional anything but after using this and reading the reviews about it, I'm thinking that the people that say it's painful or too uncomfortable REALLY need this.

I gave this product a try given that I had the occasional terrible neck pain. I am not sure if it is related, but during the first week I got a little nauseous after using it. It has gotten better now. Its been a little over a week. Takes some time getting used to. My neck has been feeling a lot better and less stiff. As for my posture, I tend to sit up more and hunch a little less. I will keep using this product even if it only helps relieve some of my neck pain.

This neck & shoulder relaxer has relieved most of the nerve pain in my neck which sometimes shoots down to my left shoulder blade...if I use it at least every 2 - 3 days. Takes a time or two to get used to but after you get positioned and begin to relax it's quite comfortable. Much better than popping Advils all the time. Nice to use if you read before going to sleep. I've found, after 10 days/two weeks, I don't wake up in the middle of the night with that pinched nerve feeling in my neck.

I've only used this a few times because getting on the floor hurts my back, plus this isn't soft by any means. It's hard on my neck. Videos I saw on it made it look more cushiony. Sad because I have a lot of neck pain.

I actually love how firm and rigid this item is. The traction has actually helped my chronic neck pain. Not as much tension headaches with this thing. I love the metal balls in it. I use them in both positions to hit the trigger points at the base of my skull where my neck starts. Hurts so good. I can feel the muscles along my scalp loosen up. The muscles that cause me to have tension and migraine headaches.

This has straighten my back out so many times now. Id say it’s worth the price and functionality. It has relieves some pinch points on my neck and helps my shoulders and neck out a bit more.

whomever said the can feel the metal balls... tell me you don't need this, without telling me you dont need this, its fine. Cheaper than every tictoc store (weird that) and gently strechs my back out after my neck relaxes and crackles. You could pop the magnets out with your thumb if they bother you, ... idk I'm feeling my toes for the first time in weeks.

I have had neck pain for years and had been going to a chiropractor for relief. I eventually sought out further medical treatment & discovered I have bulging discs in my neck. I was not wanting to continue chiropractic treatment for fear of further damage but needed relief from the pain. This thing was AMAZING!!! Definitely read directions carefully for positioning and speak to your doctor but for me, I feel great relief when using it for short periods of time daily.

I was looking for something for my frequent headaches. this is a great way to have a gentle stretch and a deeper stretch depending on which way you turn the device. lovely soft material used. not scratchy or cold on your neck. I start with the gentle stretch and then turn it around for the deep stretch when I get a headache. I can hear the vertebrae relax into position with my neck. It certainly doesnt hurt using this device.

I have been using this product religiously for 12 months twice a day but had to give it away to someone who needed it more then me that day. I ordered one got it delivered next day. This product works for me, I have issues with my neck and shoulders just 10 minutes in the morning before I get out of bed and before I fall asleep. It works for me and I cant love without it, I take mine on holidays. Thank you for a very quick delivery

This one is ridged. The curvature isn't right. Instead of helping to correct a bad posture this one will aggravate a bad neck pain

I have used this often and for how simple the concept is it really has helped me.
