Yes I recommend this product.
My old containers were wearing out. These are good quality & can be used for so many purposes. Solid lid. Good size. I have a hand impairment, & easy to get the lids off. They don't leak. Solid proof.

My go to container for EVERYTHING...
I should write this like RONCO late at night... Lets start with Dishwasher safe, don't warp with use, Microwave safe... perfect portions for one person, Wait there's more.. Freezer Safe and durable I have a freezer called a convertible. I believe refrigerators should be small and freezers large. Oh yeah, I'm wrong... yeah right! I don't like waste, so when I make chilli or Lasagna, I fix portions in these containers and freeze them. I always have prepared meals in my freezer ready to go. Ivy's Shepherd's pie. beef bourguignon, real food, real comfort food so you don't have to eat like a fast food peasant! If you want to eat like a peasant, get some styrofoam because these containers are too good for you. I made a recipe I call Apple Crunch. Apples, pineapple, banana, steel cut oats, rolled oats, all-purpose flour for crunch, some sugar, not too much. I bake this until the top is crunchy. I fill up the plastic container about 1/3. I freeze them. When I want one, I put it in the microwave for three minutes, until sizzling, and I put ice cream on top. Ice cream melts on this lovely apple crunch. ALL IN THE SAME CONTAINER... Freezer safe, microwave safe and dishwasher safe. How can you go wrong with this? But of course, don't let me stop you from buying styrofoam. As Karl Lagerfield once said, "Sweatpants are a sign of defeat. You lost control of your life so you bought some sweatpants." Just substitute styrofoam for Sweatpants... Get control of your life with these terrific plastic containers that DON'T LEAK!

The best containers
These containers are the best for leftovers. I bought another set with different sizes, and it's great that every size container takes the same lid. They are prone to breaking if you pry the lid up and then yank it off, but if you pry it up and then work the whole lid loose around it doesn't break the containers or the lids. So for that reason it can be a little difficult to get the lid off but the trade-off is that they don't leak. I got these for food but I've also used them for painting projects. They're great for storing small items that you don't want rolling around in the junk drawer too

Excellent reusable containers
These are a perfect size for storing leftovers, portioning for meal prep, and storing homemade stocks and soups. I make chicken stock a few times a year for making soups, rice, and basically anything else that calls for chicken stock. The quality is so much better and more flavorful than the store bought, and you can control the sodium precisely. Once my stock has cooled, I strain into these containers, label them, and put them in the freezer for future use. They stack perfectly and you can fit a bunch of them in your freezer. These work great in the fridge, freezer, and even the microwave. They are dishwasher safe and you will get many uses out of them. They will fail occasionally if you take them out of the freezer and rip the top off. The rims can get brittle after dozens of uses. This can be mitigated by just putting the container in the sink and running a little warm water over it to loosen the content from the side before removing the top. For liquids like soup that I am heating anyway, I typically just do this and then put the frozen chunk in a sauce pot with a lid on low heat and let it come to temp over the course of a half hour. I strongly recommend these in all sizes, but the 16 oz. seems to be the most useful.

My go-to storage/sharing container
We use these all the time, because I like to make soups/sauces/stews/broth and have it ready in the fridge or freezer. Plus we have berries on our property, and this is a very conveniently sized container for sharing. They are sturdy and reusable many times and go through the dishwasher. I write contents/date on the lid with a Sharpie, and by the next use you can cross out and/or it naturally fades in the dishwasher. If you want to freeze a liquid, keep the level below the ring near the top, because it will expand when frozen and push the lid off. The lids wear out before the containers do. One thing I like is that I can gift food to friends without them having to return the container. One thing I noticed though is that it is more of a 20 oz container rather than 24 oz. Love these!
