We first tried these pillows while staying at Disney’s Polynesian Resort and loved them so much that we wanted to get them for our own bed at home! They’re incredibly comfortable and supportive without feeling overly firm. They have that luxurious hotel-pillow feel while still providing enough support for a great night’s sleep. We’ve been really happy with them and love getting a little bit of that resort experience at home every night!

Like most people, I had the best sleep in years when I stayed at a Disneyworld resort. I took a picture of the tags on the pillows. It was the Sobel westex Sahara nights firm pillow. I was a little worried about buying this pillow due to the cost and some people said it was not the same pillow as the one in the Disney Resort. I bought it and it was terrific. I actually bought a second one. I have slept so much better since I bought these pillows and my neck pain has pretty much disappeared. I highly recommend this pillow.

Update: The seller reached out and made things right. Great communication! Not the same quality as Disney resort even though tags shows the same. They are floppy and not firm.

Like many others have noted (and I ignored thinking mine would be different) this is absolutely not the resort pillow you are looking for. I, like many others, was at a Disney resort and had the best sleep on that pillow. Made my husband take a picture of the tag so I could find it. Couldn’t find it on their website but was able to find it on Amazon in firm. This is the cheapest made, flimsy pillow I have seen. It is so so flat. I don’t know if this is a scam, if they changed how they make their pillows, or if the pillows they have at Disney are specifically made for their resorts and unavailable to purchase. I was so desperate for a good pillow as I have arthritis in my neck and I get migraines if I can’t sleep comfortably and I’m just so defeated and sad about this purchase. Heed my warning- don’t think you’re going to get the pillow you are expecting, because this is not even close!

These are fabulous pillows! When at a hotel recently, I loved the pillows they use so I took a picture of the label. I was a little worried ordering “firm“ pillows, but I’ve been very surprised and pleased with how the pillows actually feel. You sink right into them, but yet after a night‘s rest, you can feel it in your neck and back that you have been well supported overnight. I advise anyone take a chance on these pillows, even though they may seem expensive. I was a Walmart pillow buyer before, but never again. Anything spent on good sleep is very well worth it.

I bought this pillow after visiting Disney’s Port Orleans, Riverside resort. I enjoyed my stay and loved the pillows just as much. My pillow came and it was too firm to sleep on. It’s good quality, the size is just right. It stays in shape. It’s just not what I slept on at the resorts. I have stayed at several of the resorts since then as well hotels. I wish this pillow was the same. If you’re looking for a firm pillow yet comfortable then I would purchase this pillow. However, if you’re looking for the Disney resort comfort, it’s not the same to me. I would purchase it again, but it would be for adding pillows to the home inventory.

We found these pillows not the same quality as hotel pillows we had at Disney. They are soft and squissy. Not very firm.

Fell in love with these pillows at Disney World and thought I needed that luxury more than just vacation. These pillows are so comfortable and have improved my sleep. I splurged and bought one and have no regrets. Honestly I would have paid more!
