Can't live without it after about a month of use
I wish I had found these sooner! I struggle with breathing. I have only 1 sinus cavity and narrow passages. The only relief I got was from nasal strips and they tear up my sensitive skin, and I cannot wear them all day. My glasses would not fit properly with them stuck to me nose. This is for sleeping, but I wear it most of the day and night. Took me a day or so to get used to it being there and now I ont feel it and can't live without it. It opens my nasal passages enough to increase my airflow significantly. I feel like I'm being suffocated if I'm not wearing it now because I have gotten so used to breathing correctly for the first time in my life. I wear it during the day and it doesn't interfere with my glasses at all. Most people think I just have a blue nose ring. If they made one that had a silver metal looking bottom, that would be great! I love these things and it had changed my life. I sleep better, my nose isn't as dry, and a lot of my head tension has disappeared. A plus. All the stars!

Uncomfortable
I canโt imagine how anyone can sleep in these. They are not painful but definitely in the realm of discomfort. It does enhance breathing but not that much. I recommend against these.

Works Great ๐
My breathing at night was fixed with these nasal dilators. I could tell the first night after using them. Best night sleep in a long time and snoring was much less. Have been using them every night and very happy. You wonโt be disappointed.

Good but sizing is odd
These work ok but I have trouble getting them to stay in all night. I donโt have a small nose - would consider it average. The smalls donโt completely fit and, while they work while they are in, they fall out almost every night because they arenโt deep enough. Iโm already using the smaller size so there isnโt another one to try.

Somewhat aleviates snoring
These nasla dilators helped some with my snoring. I have a deviated septum, and I had some trouble keeping them in, and they somewhat blocked my nasal passages. I would have preferred more springiness to open the nastrals more.

Excellent product
I have nasal valve prolapse so when I sleep on one side the nasal interior droops and blocks my air intake. Nasal dialator strips work but are their own hassle sometimes to remove. These fit nicely in nasal passage and generally work well. They donโt hurt nor rub raw my nasal passage as do another brand and they are more firm than those weak little silicone nose baskets. I wash, rinse and dry each morning and they last a long time.

Not suitable for small noses
This is too large for small noses. I have small nasal passages and one collapsed nostril. I bought the small but it is still too large to fit inside my nose properly. I can't get it in far enough to sit on my septum. I can wear it with it in as far as I can get it and it does push the nasal passage open, but the large size means that it still blocks much of my nasal passage. I keep waking up with an incredibly dry mouth and throat, so it seems to be causing more mouth breathing rather than less. I've had very disrupted sleep. On the upside, it does seem to have reduced my snoring somewhat. I sleep on my stomach and side and when I lay with my head turned the pillow pushes the device uncomfortably into my inner nose. The Mute dilatator did a much better job opening my nasal passages so that I could breath exclusively through my nose. Unfortunately, that has rough edges that cut the inside of my nose.

Help for a slightly deviated septum
I improved my health and my CPAP treatment was discontinued, but I found I could not take a good breath through my nose without the air pressure. I decided to look for alternative helpers and discovered these nasal dilators. I bought the starter sample and found the right size. These push the nasal passages open via a soft silicone insert. I discovered that a slightly deviated septum was the cause of my breathing difficulties. This dilator allows full inhale. The device stays in place all night, and washes easily in the morning. The starter plus the two in this package have lasted 9+ months in rotation and are still functional with no breakdown, tearing, or fraying.
